All staff were polite and friendly. Cleanliness: Very clean. In summary, if you're staying in Wenchang, this newly opened Park Plaza, part of the Jinjiang Group, is definitely a top choice. In a coastal city, even a branded hotel that's been open for over 10 years can't compare to this one if it's neglected and poorly maintained. The service has been upgraded. The hotel is relatively new and clean. The only point deduction is that there were many satellite launch teams and the breakfast restaurant was too small to clean up in time.

This is a hotel that I think is very cost-effective. Let's talk about the environment first: This is a new high-end hotel under the Jinjiang Group. The hotel has a good location, beautiful environment, and a novel and special decoration style. The whole hotel feels clean, tidy, and sanitary. The service also left a deep impression on me. From the beginning of check-in, Ms. Huang at the front desk carefully introduced the hotel services and facilities, and enthusiastically introduced nearby delicious spots and attractions worth visiting, which made us feel very comfortable. In addition, the hotel also gave us afternoon tea coupons (unfortunately we were going to the next stop, so we didn't enjoy it, and gave it to the online car-hailing driver). The hotel's general manager Pang personally delivered lychees to the room. The service was really thoughtful and the lychees were really sweet. The breakfast was also rich and varied, and several waiters were very enthusiastic. All the staff of this hotel always had smiles on their faces, which really made people feel very comfortable.

1. The hotel I chose when I arrived in Wenchang after the Dragon Boat Festival was newly opened in May 2025. It is very close to the Wenchang High-speed Railway Station, less than 3 kilometers away, which is convenient for sending children to take the train to Meilan Airport; 2. The room facilities are very new, the bedding is very comfortable, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, the space is also large, and the toilet is a smart toilet.
