房間設施齊全，每間房都有廁所，這點很方便，廚房可用。房間通風采光都很好，院子面積也大，停車免費。小區安靜，就是距離超市飯店較遠，自己開車方便，打車或者公共交通的話不太方便。

房子整體不錯，衛生有點欠佳，客廳地下有沙而且有點濕感覺，入住極慢，閘口弄了1.5小時，小朋友想去洗手間也必須在閘門繼續弄入住，不會靈活變通

定了四個房間，都是1米8大床，每個房間都帶洗手間洗澡間，非常舒服，陽台對面看見石頭公園的燈塔，遠處看見大海，有個小院子可以帶孩子玩，停車方便，到海邊開車五分鐘就到了

別墅環境優美，房間衞生乾淨，體驗感很好，適合家庭朋友出行，老闆服務態度好下次再來

房子超級漂亮，大院子很棒，可以燒烤，一家人住很愜意，適合聚會、旅遊、燒烤聚餐，屋內設施齊全，可以做飯！關鍵是管理小哥哥特別好，有事溝通必回，特別耐心細緻！打掃房間也是在羣裏一説就來，非常及時！交通方便，周邊有市場也很多，超市也很多，而且小哥哥也給發攻略。別墅距離琪水灣特別近，路邊也能停車。晚上趕海螃蟹多，有機會能看火箭發射！對了！還有二樓有一個房間的陽台是特別好的觀星台，文昌這邊天氣好的話，能看到眾多繁星，很漂亮🤩！下次還會再來！感謝別墅帶給我們家一樣的感覺！
