酒店位於文昌市龍樓鎮，是觀看文昌衞星發射的絕佳位置，一共六層，住的房間在四樓，房間可以直接看到商發的兩座發射台，樓頂除了國發左手第二個發射台有一點遮擋外，其他三個發射台完全沒有遮擋，而且是正面視角（淇水灣和石頭公園衹能拍到側面）拍攝效果見圖600mm焦距。
設施：新酒店，設施嶄新完善，枕頭是記憶枕頭，枕着很舒服，房間接口很多，竟然還有雙type-c的接口，這幾天天氣冷，空調升温很快。
衞生：房間打掃的很乾凈，沒有異味，但是酒店過道的新地毯聞着有點嗆，應該多通風走走味兒，不過房間裏聞不到。
服務：服務很棒，預訂時出了點問題，前台經理很順利給解決了贊👍。
來文昌看火箭發射又不想住的太將就訂這家酒店準沒錯，視野好，相比周圍的民宿，這裏以1.2倍的價格獲得三倍以上的品質提升。

有幸入住如家新酒店，新開的酒店就是不一樣，啥都看着順眼，它家餐廳面積不大，品種也不是太多，但味道很好。酒店的位置也不錯，附近一條街都是吃的可選擇，面對面還有超市，超市後面是新菜場。

地理位置非常好，對面有一個大型超市，距離超級好吃的符記椰子雞步行十分鐘；有自己的專屬停車位，在酒店門前的兩排；服務態度非常好、入住非快速；整個酒店環境非常嶄新，房間非常乾淨；空調製冷制熱都可以，如果能有洗衣房就更完美了～超級滿意的一次住宿

為看火箭發射定的房，價格是平時的三倍多。在如家而言房間算是中規中矩。因為是新酒店，所以房間很乾凈，許多用品都是新歌的，但也因此房間味道有些大。工作人員熱情，見到的服務員都會打招呼。
