I booked this hotel for a trip with friends. The transportation is super convenient. It's really close to Wenchang Station. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it is newly renovated. There is no formaldehyde smell at all. The environment is super awesome and the service is great. I praise the front desk staff. The beautiful sister was very enthusiastic and told us about fun and delicious places nearby. The overall environment of the hotel is really great. I always liked Lavande when I was on business trips (the main hotel is a place where you can listen to music), so I decided to stay here when I saw Wenchang. I am so impressed that I will continue to stay here next time I come to Hainan. Because it is very convenient and affordable, it is very cost-effective. I put my luggage at 3 o'clock, but I couldn't move in at 4 o'clock, and I couldn't clean one room in an hour. The room door is not soundproof, but the staff's service attitude is very good.

The shower gels are all fixed in large bottles, and the toothbrushes are packaged the same, but they're a bit hard and cause bleeding when brushing. Oh, the clothesline is broken and hasn’t been repaired yet.
