Also, the breakfast service was extremely poor. Why was it also extremely poor? On the first day I ate it, I had diarrhea and my whole body burst open. The cups were all dirty, and there was still a lot of water in them after washing. Water mist formed in the airtight interior, making it a home for bacteria. Bottles of Milk Yili's milk are squeezed in on the spot, and they are everywhere. Why can't people who want it take a bottle for themselves? Do people have to use dirty cups? Also, the stools in the restaurant were super dirty, as if someone had stepped on them or left them outside for a long time and then brought them back.

The receptionist at the hotel was very enthusiastic. When we parked in front of the hotel and it was raining, he took us in with an umbrella and helped us carry our suitcases. The young lady at the front desk was also very enthusiastic and friendly. When I entered this hotel, I felt that the service was very attentive. I will stay here again next time.

The experience was very poor. The aroma hit my nose as soon as I entered the hotel lobby. In the family room I booked, one of the two rooms did not have air conditioning. There were spiders and geckos crawling everywhere in the room. The air conditioning in one room faced the big door. The bed was blowing, which gave me cervical spondylosis. Let’s talk about breakfast. I went to have breakfast at 8:30 in the morning. There was nothing. Basic breakfast items such as yogurt, bread, eggs, soy milk, and coffee were not available. When I asked the waiter, he was very attitude. Damn, I asked the waiter to clear the table but didn't even bother to wipe it. It's like I owe the waiter money. 房間住宿各方面還算可以，在文昌來講地理位置算比較偏中心.但接待人員有待提高.晚上吃完宵夜回去問拿兩支礦泉水，接待的是個男前台，要出示房卡，然後再説沒有水！住了那麼多酒店未試過這樣的前台！十分之希望可以培訓…

酒店就在路邊，打車就能到酒店門口，去騎樓老街，可以打車可以慢慢步行，房間空間太小，不擁擠。但是房間有點煙味，介意的看看能不能選無煙房。

好好好，各方面都挺不錯的。看我們帶孩子，給升 級了帶沙發的房間，我兒子自己住的沙發床，很開 心。酒店對 各種吃的。坐車方便。周邊打卡也方 便。酒店也很新。值得入住下次還來。前台小姐姐還細心與我們分享了當地特色美食，景點，特別的有耐心，酒店智能高級大床房還有水果贈送。

房間很滿意，衞生很乾凈，面積很大，採光很好，帶窗户，前台服務態度很好，和藹可親，問什麼都能回答，還給我們介紹了附近有什麼好吃好玩的而且進進出出都有給我們打招呼,酒店離文南老街不遠，出酒店門口就可以打車，打車超級方便。住了兩天，二樓有洗衣房和健身房，還有自助早餐，第一天洗了之前攢下來的衣服，可能是跟客房拿的衣架比較多，阿姨知道我們洗了很多衣服，竟然主動給我們送了晾衣桿，這個真的超級貼心了!很贊，下次來文昌還要來這裏。

柏曼酒店是一家非常不錯的酒店，房間寬敞明亮，床鋪舒適，讓我得以安享良好的睡眠。員工們熱情服務，令人倍感温馨。酒店還提供了豐富的自助早餐和各種休閑設施，令我倍感放鬆，交通方便，周圍吃的多玩的也多，靠近百年名校文中，有正宗的文昌雞吃，適合來旅遊和養老

服務態度好，酒店風格不錯，設施齊全，大廳很大，前台服務好，貼心，辦理入住快，房間乾淨整潔，網絡給力，床很大，衞生間乾淨，洗澡舒服，客房服務員熱情，主動打招呼。有位姐姐服務態度好好，好温柔，我還特意瞄了一眼她的名字，好像叫羅小妙🤓，態度真的贊讚的，必須給她個好評嘿嘿。停車也方便，停車場很大，附近就有高鐵站交通很方便，棒!
