房間不錯，離發射台很近，在樓上就可以看到火箭發射，老闆特別好，給我們升級了房間，如果害怕人多又想看火箭發射的話，這件民宿是非常不錯的選擇，小區的環境也很不錯，房屋也很好找，小區內配有充電樁，如果開電車來的話，充電也很方便。

定了房間後和老闆説了碗看火箭發射，老闆很貼心的給安排了15樓的觀景房，從陽台就可以看到火箭發射塔。下午出去逛逛，晚上回來以後洗漱完後發現廚房有多衹蟑螂！和老闆反映後老闆表示很無解，説是海南海邊就是這樣，即使希爾頓酒店也是如此。可惜已經21點多了，而且也太累了，不想再換酒店折騰了，就將就住下了，可是一晚上都沒睡好。早上看完火箭發射馬上就退房了，多等一分鐘都是對小強的不尊重。

房間清潔，生活必用設施設備齊全，有廚房設備、熱水器、洗衣機、電視，沙發等，每個房間都有空調。有陽台，可以看到海和椰林，樓下有露天游泳池，水質好，可以游泳。老闆熱情，還有低價租車等配套超值服務。非常好，下次來文昌還會選這家。

作為一位住客，我對此次入住體驗感到非常失望。房間內的設施極其簡陋，僅有的牙刷和浴巾質量也無法保證乾淨衞生。更糟糕的是，房間內連基本的瓶裝水都沒有，日常生活需求無法得到滿足。此外，房間的清潔狀況也令人堪憂，衣櫃中的臟被子更是讓人無法忍受。整體服務水平一般，沒有達到應有的標準。不要再定了。這小區都沒幾個人住的。

房間在一個小區高層裏，視野非常的好，有一個廚房一個衞生間，還有一個挺大的客廳，陽台還可以曬曬太陽，離淇水灣，南海港，銅鼓嶺都很近，租個電動車很方便就到了，住了三天，非常的舒服，下次來文昌，還找他們家民宿
