The reason I gave 5 points for facilities is because it is on the same beach as Hilton and very close to the beach. This is the only advantage. Let’s talk about the dissatisfaction: 1. The mattress is too soft and very uncomfortable, a bit like the old Simmons from decades ago. 2. The water heater in one of the 2 rooms is broken. 3. One of the two rooms was not cleaned. 4. The so-called "catch the sea" fee is 50 per person to take you to the beach to dig crabs. If you can't find anyone, I can lend you your tools and dig it yourself. The problem is that I need to know how to do it. Generally speaking, it is not recommended. It is close to the beach but cannot be used. If it was just for one night, why would you choose a mattress with such poor condition? In addition, regarding parking, the hotel is located in a charging station. It took me a long time to find it. The service attitude of the staff is average. Maybe it is like this in Hainan, but this time we also encountered one with the same price and good service, so we can’t understand it. Not recommended.

真的超級推薦。我們是一家三口，帶個三歲小朋友的，距離海邊百十米吧，沒有感覺潮，也不會吵。車可以開進院子裏。淇水灣的海水清澈碧綠。要不是因為要去高隆灣附近吃吃喝喝，會繼續住到離開。以後來文昌一定會再住這裏的。真心推薦～

怎麼評價呢，事實就是比較折騰人吧！可能自己期待比較高吧！去年到淇水灣就看見這家直接在海灘邊的民宿，當時就想訂，但沒房了。所以今年再去是報着很高期望值的，但是到了開空調空調製冷差，洗澡是冷水。跟店主反饋讓我聯繫她老公，可能因為第二天火箭🚀發射大家都在忙。溝通後他説空的時候來看，我們也出去玩沒在意，晚上8點過快9點老闆打電話告訴我空調修不好，修空調的師傅來不了。當時真的很崩潰，因為帶着小孩，當時小孩玩的一身沙，老闆説空調修不好讓我們取消訂單，自己再找住宿。我當時就來脾氣了，跟老闆爭論起來。後面最終解決的辦法是他們家有另一間是大床房，讓我們擠着睡，退差價。不想帶孩子再折騰，就同意這個辦法，後來老闆也確實退了差價，價格回房間發現空調又好了，製冷效果很好，老闆又説兩間屋都給我們用了。所以這個過程就是特別波折，希望老闆能提前檢查好自己的設備是否完好及正常使用，最後入住前能開好空調，讓做客有一個好的體驗過。整體來説這兩位老闆還是比較温柔的，也還可以。當然就是民宿外觀看上去老舊，但裏面房間還算乾淨整潔，馬桶是智能馬桶，裝修風格還算可以。但因為熱帶有門口很多螞蟻和壁虎。

房間就在沙灘上建的，陽台的海景是無敵了，很美，老闆娘人很好，早餐送到房間，如果按平時的價格是很值得的，房間智能，也夠大，我們入住為了看火箭發射，帶孩子這裏很方便，但是價格是幾乎平時的6倍，所以，平時看海玩啥的是不錯的選擇！

五個人定了兩間，老闆給安排挨着的，真的好貼心 還沒到就聯繫我們了 給遊玩建議 沙灘很近很美。下次還想來。

房間乾淨，老闆服務好，晚上還帶我們去趕海給我們做了很多好吃的特色菜，強烈推薦這家！門口就是沙灘看火箭發射絕佳位置！
