So far so good. It is very near the beach can walk about 5-10 min. Near Hotel have restaurant with very fresh seafood. I will back someday.

I chose this hotel for its proximate to Qishui Bay Beach and the price. The buildings are all modern, bright and clean. My room was a delight: spacious and with air-conditioning in both the living room and bedroom. There is a gym with weights and running machines, and a decent laundry room attached to that. Breakfast was fresh and had a reasonable variety. When I visited (May 2025) there were only a couple of restaurants immediately near the hotel, but many family-run eateries are about a 12-minute walk away, towards the town to the west.
Special thanks to staff member, Divan, who spoke with me in English and was very helpful. Aside from Divan, all the staff were warm and welcoming.

Excellent service and friendly staff. I went to Longlou for the surf on a cold rainy day. Surprisingly good waves!

The hotel is new and the rooms clean and comfortable but the service need improvement. The staff initially told me I can’t check in because the system for foreigner passports is not working and finally had to be my local friend to checkin our room. After all the staff told us the wrong directions to the room sending us to the wrong building. There are no shops or restaurants open nearby at the time of our visit.

房間寬敞、整潔、乾淨，前台專業熱情服務好。靠海很近，步行幾分鐘就可以到海邊，也可以在酒店的陽台看海，早餐好吃，尤其是米粉。下次來文昌還會入住！

衞生：非常乾淨
環境：附近可能是新開發的地方比較清靜，清靜的晚上衹聽得海康聲音和動物叫聲。
設施：有健身房和餐廳還有洗衣房，餐廳早餐不錯，就算入住客人小都安排東西夠滿足的，特別贊就是洗衣房，洗衣機和烘乾機特別給力，又快又好，特別贊，停車夠大 方便。
服務：酒店無論前台和清潔服務姐姐，都非常棒，有禮貌有解決事情的能力，其中特別表揚我的管家小歐，入住過程中第一間房間感覺不行，致電了前台，前台經歷五分鐘就過來處理好事情，管家小歐下班了，不知道什麼途徑知道事情，經理都沒離開管家就馬上聯繫我，説幫我已經安排事情怎麼解決了，入住了兩天真的感覺到管家小歐非常厲害非常棒，不用客人開口就知道客人的需求立馬自己處理好再説，這點真的讓我住得特別舒心。
酒店總體比較新，服務設施都非常好，就是周邊欠缺了一點，不過對於我們自駕遊的就特別友好，下次有機會到文昌 還會選擇入住
