Wenchang Hotels with Gym

Even though my husband and I are far away from home, the housekeeper Anni has provided us the hospitality by recommending us places of interests and a place where we could have a good meal. She even helped us book the high speed rail tickets together with her colleague Mindy and reminded me gently to check out on time to catch the train. Kudos to Anni and Mindy!

Nice view of the sea from a great balcony. The beach nearby is dirty and it's not really worth spending a lot of time. The gardens are a little small to walk in. Breakfast and service from staff are both good. More like a four star hotel. They helped with luggage which was really nice. The lobby was nice to sit in.

This stay just in time for the Wenchang Overseas Chinese Culture Festival. I thought the hotel would have no time to take care of individual guests. I didn’t expect to receive a call from Ms. Fan, the guest manager of the front office, patiently asked about the needs of the stay. After learning that it was a parent-child trip, we also upgraded the parent-child room for us. Children like it very much; Due to the delay of the return plan, I applied for a late check-out. Manager Fan also asked the superior to help solve it. I am very grateful to 👍! Although there are large-scale meetings and reception tasks, the hotel is in a well-organized overall, the staff service is better, and the restaurant meal time is also delayed, which is very user-friendly! Staff are patient every time they handle extra meals at the entrance of the restaurant. I don’t know if others have found that the restaurant waiter has a young guy with glasses, his face is a bit round, he looks up to 20 years old, he is a super substitute, he can quickly find out if the guests have difficulties and need help, not much words, but do practical things, and very hearty, At the end of March, my child asked him to help him get a straw. When he checked in for dinner a week later, he took the initiative to ask if he needed a straw. Really caring, very hard at work! The photo was a bit deformed, but I can still recognize this person, a young man very suitable for the hotel service industry!

Conveniently locate and easy access to amenities. Front desk staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel is very dated. Though the bedroom was decently clean, the bathroom was a mess. It had stain marks all over the walls. The groutings in the shower cubicle had mild dew stains and so was the anti-slip bath mat. It is definitely not fit to be used. The foldable wooden windows above the wash basin had rotted and the paint was coming off. Coordination between front office and dining room staff was poor resulting in me being questioned about my eligibility to have breakfast. A moment of embarrassment. However the manager apologised and sent us a complimentary fruit platter and a pot tea.

房間環境非常的舒適，南北通透，可以看到海景，也可以看到遠園景，試住一天後又連續續住了4天。建議一家老小如果需要2室1廳的話，優先考慮這個房子。價格實惠，離海近，海鮮市場也近。絕對是自駕車入駐的首選。已經和父母商量過年期間考慮來文昌租住這一套房子。

😄住了個套房 感覺還不錯 房間很乾凈 離海邊不遠走路10分鐘 在窗户上可以看到青嵐大橋和銅鼓嶺海灘 樓下有個超市買東西方便 這一片地區吃飯都不太方便 需要去三公裡外的鎮上 旁邊有公交站 去鎮上也算方便 打車12塊錢 或者去海邊的夜市 不過叫外賣還是有很多好吃的😋 我找老闆幫着聯繫租了個小電動 騎了一週給了100塊

This hotel is actually called RenJoy - they changed the name a few months ago. Keep that in mind when you search for it! And Google Maps has the location incorrectly listed. In fact, the hotel is next to the Holiday Inn (between it and the decorative lighthouse_. The hotel disguises itself as medieval Chinese towns, very funny passages and inner courtyards with palm trees. At first, I was placed in a one-room suite on the second floor above the dining room, with a huge useless INTERNAL balcony (like in prison). What's the point of making a balcony inside the courtyard? To look at your neighbors on the balconies 10-15 meters away and right next to them on the right? At the dining room below and the palm trees above it? At the sky? And anyone can climb from the passage onto your balcony at night over the railings... and come right up to the huge glass wall, behind which the bed is. The design in the room was just as crazy, with pretensions (a vase of flowers in a chest of drawers instead of a refrigerator or a safe!). The most important thing is NOT A SINGLE hook, it is not clear how to dry and hang things. The doors to the toilet and shower do not reach the floor and ceiling - i.e. there are holes. Moreover, the soundproofing from the upper floor is so bad that I heard every time my neighbors went to the toilet and shower! In the morning, I asked for another room at the reception... I was IMMEDIATELY, without discussion or objection, placed in a very beautiful corner two-room suite on the 4th floor with two normal external balconies, a normal shower and a bathtub! There was a refrigerator and TWO TVs, but the same problem: NOT A SINGLE HOOK - I hung my things on chairs, sofas, on the balcony railings... General conclusion: take a suite right away, there are even two-level suites with an exit to the roof, and the roofs there are beautiful. The staff is excellent and helpful, but they do not speak English, they use translators on their smartphones somehow. Breakfasts in the canteen are unlimited in volume (and in time 3-4 hours), but the cuisine is more for the Chinese, there are few European dishes. There is coffee.

This is a good value for money hotel. The room is large, but the equipment is slightly older and the bed is larger. Overall, it's OK. The service was okay, but don't stay in a north-facing room because the floor would seep. So I was moved to a south-facing room at night. The breakfast is relatively rich and edible. There is a popular Wenchang spot downstairs - Jiyingchang Chicken. You can try it.

The location of the hotel is very good. The lobby is very spacious and well decorated. It is my favorite decoration style. It's very comfortable to stay here. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic, proactive and polite. The facilities are complete and convenient. The beds, pillows and quilts in the room are very good, and I sleep very comfortably. There is also free mineral water, tea sets and tea leaves in the room. Next time I come to Wenchang, I will choose Ruibo Hotel! ! !

The hotel is relatively old and the parking space is also public roadside parking, but the hotel is very considerate to place a list of nearby beautiful scenery and food at the front desk. There are not many breakfast shops open during the Spring Festival, but you can still find Laoba Tea.
