Wenchang Hotels with Breakfast

An ok hotel, a little dated and overpriced for what we got. Location is ok. Booked a suite and was a little disappointed given the price of the room. Parking was almost impossible and staff were less than helpful in this regard. There are better options locally.

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel and had an exceptional experience. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered a stunning seaview that made our stay truly memorable. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Bella, who provided us with detailed information about the local area and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. An exceptional highlight was when we accidentally left some belongings behind after checkout. Mindy went above and beyond to assist us. She took the initiative to post our items to our next hotel in a different city and even covered the cost herself. Overall, the staff were exceedingly helpful, and their outstanding service made our stay extraordinary. Highly recommended!

The hotel I chose in Wenchang this time had an excellent stay experience, which was undoubtedly my wisest choice! The room is clean and tidy, the swimming pool view outside the window is beautiful and pleasant, and the sea breeze blows gently on my face, allowing me to enjoy this rare personal vacation time and feel particularly relaxed. Moreover, the weather in Wenchang is also very good, cool and pleasant, without the disturbance of rain, which makes people feel comfortable physically and mentally. It's just too beautiful🥹🥹🥰 I can enjoy playing outside during the day, and there are small surprises waiting for me when I return to the hotel at night, Tremella soup, Christmas Eve apples, these small details make me like the hotel again. Special mention should be made of the housekeeper Zoey. Although I have never met her throughout the whole process, she can respond and meet all my immediate needs during my stay quickly, which is very attentive. 🤗🤗🤗 This hotel is excellent in both service and overall atmosphere. This stay just in time for the Wenchang Overseas Chinese Culture Festival. I thought the hotel would have no time to take care of individual guests. I didn’t expect to receive a call from Ms. Fan, the guest manager of the front office, patiently asked about the needs of the stay. After learning that it was a parent-child trip, we also upgraded the parent-child room for us. Children like it very much; Due to the delay of the return plan, I applied for a late check-out. Manager Fan also asked the superior to help solve it. I am very grateful to 👍! Although there are large-scale meetings and reception tasks, the hotel is in a well-organized overall, the staff service is better, and the restaurant meal time is also delayed, which is very user-friendly! Staff are patient every time they handle extra meals at the entrance of the restaurant. I don’t know if others have found that the restaurant waiter has a young guy with glasses, his face is a bit round, he looks up to 20 years old, he is a super substitute, he can quickly find out if the guests have difficulties and need help, not much words, but do practical things, and very hearty, At the end of March, my child asked him to help him get a straw. When he checked in for dinner a week later, he took the initiative to ask if he needed a straw. Really caring, very hard at work! The photo was a bit deformed, but I can still recognize this person, a young man very suitable for the hotel service industry!

The front desk clerks are very enthusiastic, thoughtful, patient and warm-hearted. I, an old lady, am touched. The girls are so cute, and even their voices are so nice, gentle and pleasant. The room is clean and tidy, and it is very convenient to eat nearby. There is also a large supermarket. It is very comfortable to sit on the balcony and drink coffee and bask in the sun. It is close to the beach and you can walk there. It is worth staying here. It is very affordable. The overall quality of the hotel is very high. When I checked out, I forgot my hat, and the room cleaning waiter sent the hat to me in the lobby and put it in a bag, which shows that they are well trained, professional and hygienic. I will stay here again in the future

Conveniently locate and easy access to amenities. Front desk staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel is very dated. Though the bedroom was decently clean, the bathroom was a mess. It had stain marks all over the walls. The groutings in the shower cubicle had mild dew stains and so was the anti-slip bath mat. It is definitely not fit to be used. The foldable wooden windows above the wash basin had rotted and the paint was coming off. Coordination between front office and dining room staff was poor resulting in me being questioned about my eligibility to have breakfast. A moment of embarrassment. However the manager apologised and sent us a complimentary fruit platter and a pot tea.

The room was very clean, the quilt pillows were all right, there was a small refrigerator, the balcony view was also very wide, the check-in and check-out were not the same reception, but the two front desk service was very friendly and warm, and the items were left when checking out. The front desk lady Xiaopei immediately called us and helped send the courier. Thank you so much.

Before I went there, I had prepared my heart for the poor sanitation, but the sanitation was okay, and the linen was fairly clean, except for the towels, which were a little yellowish, which was useless in my house. The hotel is relatively old, the floors, tables and beds in the room are severely worn, and the bathroom is also damaged and moldy. The service is still very good. The room I arranged at the beginning did not have a quilt cover. The waiter rushed over immediately and changed the room. There are more mosquitoes and the seaside is inevitable. However, this location is better than everything, and the price is also conscientious. If it can be refurbished, it is definitely an exclusive choice.

😄住了個套房 感覺還不錯 房間很乾凈 離海邊不遠走路10分鐘 在窗户上可以看到青嵐大橋和銅鼓嶺海灘 樓下有個超市買東西方便 這一片地區吃飯都不太方便 需要去三公裡外的鎮上 旁邊有公交站 去鎮上也算方便 打車12塊錢 或者去海邊的夜市 不過叫外賣還是有很多好吃的😋 我找老闆幫着聯繫租了個小電動 騎了一週給了100塊
