Our family really enjoyed our stay here; we liked it when we stayed here in June, we're back in mid July again. Special thanks to Juan who really went out of his way to help us & others. His attention to service was noticeable to us and I'm sure for others; we'll likely stay here again this year and will refer others in our extended family & our friends to this location. We loved the pool, room was immaculate, hotel was clean, breakfast was great, employees friendly and helpful.

The bed was truly amazing because once you lay down on it, you never want to get up. Also, the maids were great. They came in, and we had them dust and mop. All of the staff were This is definitely a hotel that my husband and I will stay at again.

Basic hotel, but acceptable for quick family stay. Pool and hot tub adjacent to lobby for all to watch. Horrible location, right off busiest street, and the Wendy's line sometimes blocks entry to one of 2 entry points. Room is fine. Cheap and loose shower liner. Super noisy toilet wakes people up. Super loud when someone showers. Peeling wallpaper, including a horrible patch job next to bed. Broken bathroom door lock, and bottom of door was chipping off. Nice big mini fridge and a microwave. Nice channel selection on TV. Bring your own hands soap, they don't give you one. Breakfast was not bad. Continuously attended by friendly staff. Kids enjoyed it. This should be $150 a night hotel. I feel cheated at 260. Mandatory daily tip for room service that you are taxed on, even if they don't clean during your stay!

There were many reasons why my stay was unpleasant. The first was that the ice machine was broken and then was no alternative offered to me when I asked the staff if I could get any ice. the second reason is that the internet did not work at all. I had work to do on my laptop but could not get anything to load at all. There must have been a pet accommodating room directly above mine, because there was what sounded like a dof running around constantly during my stay from the time I got there until about 10pm, and started back up around 5am. The included ”continental breakfast” was just a Costco muffin and a tiny apple... very lame. The biggest problem I encountered though: there were big, long hairs in every single bath towel. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone ever. It was way too expensive for such a poor experience. serious changes need to be implemented at this hotel, or just be shut down. I definitely overpaid for this hotel and would feel much better with a price reduction... I was very disappointed in my stay and WILL NOT recommend any Travelodge by Wyndham to anyone. Knowing this is an acceptable standard from the parent company is shocking. I feel taken advantage of due to inaccurate descriptions (ice machine, internet, breakfast included) when the facilities/amenities were broken, did not exist, or were very sad attempts at meeting the expectations that were set.

Upon arrival, I thought I had made a big mistake choosing this location in the middle of industrial warehouses and railroad tracks. But, after a short look around after Checkin - I couldn’t have been more wrong. This place is a gem. The service at the restaurant and front desk is top notch and friendly. The hotel is beautiful with fantastic rooms. It is located on the Columbia River Walk and easily accessible from the hotel. You can stroll through gardens, sculptures, and shady trees as walk along the river. Plus there is a pedestrian bridge connecting the park (and hotel) to downtown Wenatchee. There you can find breweries, coffee shops, and restaurants. I’m a huge fan!

I've stayed here many times and this is an updated review. The hotel is a nice style and the rooms are big. I like the set-up and the desk to work. The internet is good. There is a great deal of noticeable noise from the street. Upon checking in I was informed of a $5 housekeeper charge - which considering I was there for one night seemed very odd, and since I would normally leave a housekeeper tip thought was a way of saying, we underpay our housekeepers, so you should pay for them for us. Breakfast would be OK, but the room is too crowded and rushed to enjoy. The coffee is good. I didn't feel a bit of appreciation for being a high-tier Marriott guest. I'll stay again, but I felt some attitude from the moment we were greeted, and I couldn't shake that during the quick stay.
