"We stayed here for one night. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. The staff always try to help. A large shopping center with many cafes is located 15 minutes walk from the hotel. The embankment is nearby, where many street food places open in the evenings. There is a good gym, with a poorly working air conditioning system. However, this hotel is quite tired. The whole building and the room were stuffy, the air conditioning worked poorly. And the windows do not open in the room. Small cockroaches crawled in the room and in the restaurant. You can feel the smell of old things everywhere."

ИИрина БондареваWe stayed for several days with an extension. The hotel is clean, the rooms are cozy, the beds and pillows are very soft, it's nice to fall asleep. All rooms have a kettle and mugs, coffee, tea and sugar, toiletries.
On the downside - a very noisy air conditioner, and in the room you can hear the air conditioner from the next room. In general, poor soundproofing, which is good, now there are not so many people, but on the fifth floor you can hear the staff sitting and chatting below))
The room also has an excellent table and chair for work, hot water in the shower. Overall, I am very pleased and recommend!

GGuest UserAs already commented by other guests, the hotel is in dire need of major renovations. I'm sure it was a grand hotel in its heyday. What need to be changed in the rooms ? Well, just about everything; furniture, bed, bathroom tiles, sink (there are always little cockroaches running around in it), shower with no hot water even after I informed the staff, television, cupboard with musty smell.
The good thing about this hotel is its convenient location, and very professional and helpful staff.
I read many reviews about no air-conditioning, old bedsheets and towels. Fortunately, these had been addressed by the hotel when I stayed there. They had chiller problem which had been addressed, and bedsheets and towels replaced.
All in all, it was value for money.

GGuest UserHot water is not hot, only warmth tends to become cold. In terms of similar prices, there are no facilities like other hotels, such as slippers, toothbrushes and small toothpaste, and no coffee or tea. To drink water, we must leave the room and put it in the public dispenser. This hotel feels very old school. The room layout is incorrect, and the closet hanger covers the air conditioner, so the air conditioner does not have good airflow.
