衞生是這次出行最差的一家。入住比較晚開車比較累！就沒有找前台，親子出行最重要就是要乾淨衞生！
拉床的瞬間我凝固了！安全套的袋子都不打掃嗎？
地上到處都是毛髮 煙灰，
窗簾後面都是前面客人留下的垃圾，打掃不徹底，衞生死角沒收拾乾淨！

房間比較乾淨，就是停車位較少，酒店位置較偏，招牌不明顯，由於是新疆籍人員，居然還要向派出所備案，入住體感非常不舒服，今後不會再落腳文縣了。

我定的房子是親子間，過來的時候沒房間了給我免費升級了套間很滿意，住進去後早上10點鐘也不知道敲門就把門刷開説要打掃衞生，我定的時候上面顯示14點之前退房，説實話這種行為極差，然後到了下午13點15分又沒敲門就進來要打掃衞生，還跟我講説打麻將的人要來讓我們趕緊退房，我跟她講不是到兩點嗎，她跟我説是13點我當時就在想那上面寫着14點之前退房是假的嗎，都沒到退房時間我都不知道你要幹什麼

房間非常乾淨整潔，晚上下雨的時候去入住的，負責停車場的工作人員很熱情，第二天出發的時候前台美女很熱心的説明附近路況
