Clean comfortable room. Very accommodating staff. Excellent restaurant and bar. Amazing location. We would be more than happy to come back, perhaps as a base for more walking in the Dolomites or even as a base for skiing next time we ski in Europe.

This place is a hidden gem! We loved our two nights here and all of the staff were very accommodating and lovely. Would definitely recommend!

A beautiful place, however one of the worst managed hotels (if not actually the worst) we have ever been at: underqualified staff, no client service orientation at all, structure completely neglected… The place’s potential is completely unexploited: closed terraces, cushions of exterior furniture forgotten at the entrance of the hotel lobby, clean bed and bathroom linen “stored” on the sofas in the common corridors… One of the worst organized things is breakfast, which is a total nightmare. The team who runs this place really does not know their stuff and are simply in the wrong business! While we were there, the hotel was full: it is a true a cash generating machine therefore nobody cares about offering good service to guests, because it would be anyway full. To be avoided, especially in consideration of the high quality service that you normally can have in this area of Dolomites.

The hotel is situated in an enchanting position, there are no parking problems, the staff is kind and works hard to fulfill what is requested, overall, in short, in the norm, a particular applause, however, must be given to the chef Onofrio Capodicasa who is the author of an excellent cuisine.

Beautiful hotel surrounded by greenery, fabulous view. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast is also excellent. For dinner we stopped in the hotel restaurant and I must say that we liked everything: very welcoming atmosphere, smiling staff. available, the typical dishes of the area are really good! We stayed several years ago but every year both in summer and in winter we stopped to eat at the restaurant, a well-kept place, good food and kindness. Unfortunately on 05/01/2023 we wanted to stop with two of our friends thinking we'd make a good impression but instead we were disappointed. One of us had gone to the bathroom before ordering and in the meantime the others read the menu after 5 minutes we all sat down at the table and when asked to order we asked for a few more minutes... to our great surprise whoever he served us and had the courage to say to his colleague without making too many problems and out loud "these gentlemen think they are in the library reading a good book" but we're kidding!! we should have got up and left but we weren't alone and let it go. The food was not bad but the service really bad then we realized that the management had changed ... too bad a great shame!
