Hotel veramente bellissimo! Posizione eccezionale sulle piste; molto ben organizzato per le coppie perché i bambini hanno una spa separata e dunque molto tranquillo per chi vuole rilassarsi in coppia. Spa per adulti molto grande con sale relax comode e silenziose, piscina caldissima all'aperto. Si mangia molto bene. Camere comode e ben arredate. Personale molto cordiale. Sono stata in alberghi in Trentino molto noti a 5 stelle, ma questa struttura non ha nulla da invidiare ed è il prezzo e ' assolutamente congruo ai servizi offerti. Torneremo presto! Grazie

Io ed il mio compagno abbiamo piacevolmente soggiornato in questa splendida ed accogliente struttura Un esperienza indimenticabile, sotto tanti punti di vista… Location meravigliosa circondata dalle imponenti Dolomiti, personale attento, professionale ma all’occorrenza familiare e molto simpatico… Guide esperte ci hanno accompagnati in lunghe passeggiate alla scoperta di paesaggi mozzafiato… Sicuramente un viaggio da ripetere Infinitamente grazie

Hotel moseralm è diventato il mio posto del cuore! Siamo stati benissimo e torneremo sicuramente. La vicinanza alle piste, la spa, il ristorante, la favolosa colazione, la gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff… ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa. Prima volta a Carezze e prima volta al Moseralm ma già non vedo l'ora di tornare. Le camere sono bellissime e accoglienti tutte in stile alto atesino, il ristorante era delizioso ogni singola portata (consiglio vivamente la mezza pensione) e anche la carta vini ci è piaciuta soprattutto nella selezione dei vini locali. I servizi piscina e spa sono tra i migliori provati, anche qui consiglio rosalpina face ritual e massaggio ayurveda ci hanno ringiovanito di 10 anni Per finire abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la gentilezza della proprietà che ci ha messo a disposizione una camera per mezza giornata non potendo partire per via di una tempesta di neve Grazie mille a tutto lo staff A presto

FANTASTICO! Uno degli hotel di montagna in cui ci siamo trovati meglio. Colazione molto ricca e di qualità, cena gourmet con proposte interessanti, le ragazze della reception gentili e disponibili. La camera era accogliente e spaziosa. SPA veramente bella e cosa importante mai affollata. La posizione sulle piste poi è eccezionale!! Sicuramente ritorneremo!

siamo stati in questo hotel a novembre 2023, appena arrivate accoglienza ottima, ci hanno illustrato i servizi a nostra disposizione e accompagnato in stanza. Al suo interno un bellissimo kit di benvenuto e acqua fresca in frigo (presumibilmente a pagamento) ci siamo subito dirette alla spa; qualcosa di eccezionale. vista meravigliosa. verso le 18:30 abbiamo usufruito di un apertivo offerto dalla struttura, MAGNIFICO. Alla cena abbiamo trovato un buffet di antipasti veramente ampio con molta varietà, cena gourmet (porzioni non abbondanti). cuscini un pó troppo morbidi ma nel complesso si dorme bene. colazione veramente ampia con moltissima varità. Non é sicuramente un hotel economico ma il prezzo corrisponde perfettamente ai servizi che offrono.

Hotel eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista: per il trattamento, i servizi, la gentilezza, il panorama da favola, la possibilità di partire direttamente dall'hotel per gite e camminate. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la pulizia, il cibo (sia a colazione che a cena, dove le razioni sono abbondanti) e il magnifico reparto saune, con la splendida piscina vista Catinaccio. Decisamente un'esperienza da ripetere e un hotel da consigliare a chiunque. Grazie di cuore.
