It's a very quiet hotel. Its an easy ten to fifteen minute walk into town. Comfortable bed and good shower in Premier Plus room. The staff. Were very helpful. You pay £7 a day parking. I would definitely recommend staying here for visits to Wells and Glastonbury.

You know what you’re getting with a premier inn… it lost a star because the restaurant is small, we were asked not to sit on the tables but then they let some people sit on them with drinks which was a bit annoying. You also have to pay for the car park which should be free and come as part of the room fee

Stayed for one night whilst visiting Wookey Hole as a family of 4. Room was excellent value for money in a great location, a lovely 10 minute stroll into Wells. Check in was smooth, rooms clean and fresh and very quiet. Beds very comfy. Breakfast was also very nice, again great value with kids eating free. Chef was very good with the kids. Will definitely stay again and recommend for visiting Wookey Hole.

When we metered the hotel we were met by two broken self check in screens so not a great start , a staff member then checked us in. Our room was as expected from premier inn clean and comfortable sadly breakfast was a complete disaster !!! Breakfast was served until 1030 we arrived at 0950hrs to be told to come back 10 minutes later to be seated. The posters of the breakfast looked amazing in the lift sadly there was very little left of anything left and certainly none of the items pictured. No pastries and a few dregs of cereals. The hot buffet was marginally better if you were quick enough or by the time you got to the front of the queue if any was left . Very poor value for money and we certainly wouldn’t prebook breakfast again there is better value to be had elsewhere and very poor service and somewhat unwelcoming staff members

Standard premier inn, in the middle of an industrial estate. We stayed in a premiere inn plus room and it was lovely. The air conditioning was set to 19 and it made it uncomfortable with the windows bolted shut, I travel with my own fan but if not it would have been an uncomfortable night. The young man on reception was very robotic and not very welcoming. The car parking fee seems to be a new normal and cost us £7 for the night. The breakfast was standard premier inn but they only had soya milk that I had to ask for. The receptionist/front of house in the evening said we had to wait an hour for a slot to order food but the restaurant was not busy, we decided not to bother and ordered in.

The staff here have been wonderful, they are kind and caring and have made our stay really enjoyable. From the breakfast chef remembering my daughter and asking her about her day to the reception staff helping us out and then Dylan - he was so friendly and funny. Thank you Dylan for looking out for us - he gave our children a lovely Easter egg which was a sweet surprise. There was nothing too much trouble for the team - so thank you. You were all super.

Hotel it's self was fine, however certain members of staff where very rude, arrived first night with young children to be told the chef wouldn't feed us as our group was to large, yet advertises restaurant on the hotel booking. Both mornings at breakfast to be greeted by rude staff, table given away to people behind us as we waited for our children to come out of the toilet. 2nd morning told there was upto a 35 minute wait for a table even though there was empty tables in the restaurant asked for a refund so we could go elsewhere to eat as we had a family day out planned to be told no as they where still offering us the option. Hotel it's self was clean and tidy but just out of the rudeness of certain staff would not return.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Premier Inn, Wells. A very comfortable stay within a short 15 min stroll to the city centre. The staff were very friendly and the food was of a high standard. Onsite Car parking of £7 was a little steep especially for a longer stay. As the bedroom windows were designed not to open, personally, it felt a little claustrophobic. Although the room was sparsely furnished it was very comfortable.
