Late check-out was not an option. No additional shared amendities. Generally satisfied considered price and local being so central to waterfront.

Before booking, I didn't know that Jay Chou had taken photos downstairs of the hotel. I just read the reviews saying that the location, environment and service were good. This hotel has the style of a hotel and all the conveniences of a family hotel, including cooking, washing, drying and ironing. I left in a hurry and brought a mobile phone charger. The service staff lent it to me until I left. I will lock in this hotel when I go to Wellington next time. It's great value

Personally, I really like this kind of old apar**ent, although the furniture is a bit old, everything else is fine. The staff are also very friendly. It's just that Ctrip is a bit inaccurate about the check-in time. The front desk working hours on Saturdays did not reach 19:00. After communicating with the hotel in advance, we checked in smoothly.

The location of the property is great.
I was a little disappointed in how "dated" the place is though. e.g. the charger beside the bed is for an iPod (not iPhone) which hasn't been produced in 15 years. Not sure if I"ll be able to attache pictures.
The place could have done with a cleaning. The fan in the bathroom was almost completly clogged with dust and lint, and room service often hadn't come by the time I got back from the office around 4:30pm.
Fine for a place to sleep, but wouldn't want to spend much time there

This is a great location if you have meetings in town. The staff are extremely helpful and I love the architectural style of the building. This is one of my favourite spots in Wellington.
