Wellington Te Aro Hotels

We stayed at Ramada Wellington and appreciated the friendly and helpful staff throughout our visit. The room was comfortable, and housekeeping is done every three days, with towels available on request if needed earlier. There were a few hiccups—utensils could’ve been cleaner, and the aircon/heat pump wasn’t working when we checked in on a Sunday. It took a couple of days to get fixed, but the team did provide a fan and portable heater in the meantime. Overall, a decent spot for short stays with a central location and warm hospitality.

Perfect for a short getaway! Comfy bed, great location, quiet. I didn’t try the breakfast which looked lacklustre but still sufficient for a basic continental breakfast I guess.

The Chinese boss is very convenient to communicate. The hotel is in a particularly good location. It takes 2 minutes to walk from the back door to the bustling Cuban Street and walk less than 900 meters to the Tipapa Museum.

Great location, right in the city center and close to bars. If you’re ok with noise then it’s a great hotel. We could hear lots of people outside drinking, people in the room next to us all night. Breakfast was great. If you are stay for 1 night and are looking for a hotel near the bars then this is a great hotel for you.

Room was modern comfortable and super quiet. But lack of microwave in room with a child made it difficult for snack reheat and the TV was a pain to use.

The hotel is located in the bustling area of ​​Cuba Street, only a 5-minute walk from the museum. The rooms are large, clean and tidy, and fully equipped. The front desk service attitude is very good, the service is thoughtful and enthusiastic, and they try their best to help solve customer needs.

I had to come to terms with my lack of technical knowledge. All I wanted to do was watch TV but it was all about Chromecast. I could sort the Chromecast but from there I had no idea how to access any programme. As I was travelling alone watching TV was a priority so this was disappointing.

The room was clean and tidy and I was very satisfied with it. A small incident: when we booked a room through the Ctrip app by car, it showed free parking. When we checked in at the hotel, the front desk told us that we could only waive the parking fee by booking directly with the hotel. After Ctrip communicated with the hotel, the girl at the front desk confirmed that it was not necessary. After paying the parking fee and waiting to check out, I was reminded by my credit card that the parking fee was charged. I then communicated with Ctrip customer service and refunded the parking fee. I hope there will be no such mistakes in the future. I would like to thank Ctrip customer service staff for their active communication and timely reply. I feel that Ctrip customer service is excellent. It’s getting better👍

Lobby, receptionist and resturant really good. The dinner is extremely well required. But the gym and pool is very small and the worst part is the bed is way too soft it gives me muscle and backache

The room size is right and the location is good, but the strong beef and mutton smell in the room has not been able to escape, and opening the window for ventilation is useless. It was late to check in, but fortunately we would check out one night.
