It is very close to the beach and you will cross the road. The room is clean and spacious, and the bathroom facilities are convenient and practical. There is a swimming pool in the hotel yard, it is very good to sunbathe and swim. Need to be reminded that all hotels, including the five-star hotels that later lived in Colombo, do not provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, and slippers, so you need to prepare yourself. In the room view, it is very convenient to go swimming, surfing and walking at the beach. It’s great to climb the rocks in the evening to watch the sunset, watch the waves, watch the sorghum fisherman fishing, and watch the surf! Walking on the beach, many home stalls, lit candles, music is very romantic, and the price is not high. The hotel room is good, the decoration is basically over, it is estimated that there will be an elevator soon, no need to carry the luggage to climb the building. We booked half-dinner, dinner can be ordered according to the meal, there are local flavors, there are whole grilled fish, the variety of each meal is not the same; the prawns, squid, fish pieces in the seafood rice, I think it is delicious. Breakfast is also good, although the variety is not many, but the taste is good, but also enough to choose. We didn't know if we didn't eat at the hotel for lunch. Book whale watching directly at the hotel, go to Yala National Park for discounts, including hotel pick-up and drop-off, complete the project, much cheaper than some websites. The boss is very enthusiastic. The obvious feeling is that it is not profitable. The WiFi is not good. When you come up, you can call the official online customer service immediately. If you have no results, you can lend your mobile WiFi to us. Our scheduled outings also have special tips and advice. It’s especially early for two consecutive days. It’s three in the morning and six in one day. It’s all packed up for breakfast. It’s not like having a hotel in China that can’t catch up with breakfast, no matter what. At dinner, because a student group in the United States had more guests and more requests, and delayed giving us a dish, I especially expressed my regret and gave it to the local refrigerator. When paying, there are indeed problems with other friends saying that the credit card machine is slow, can't brush the US dollar, can only be converted automatically after the payment of the rupee, if the cash is enough I think they are willing to settle in US dollars, you know. It is very close to the bus station, because it is a pure self-service tour, which is very important to us. There are fruit stalls, resident supermarkets, restaurants (including Chinese restaurants) about five minutes walk. The overall feeling is good, I recommend.

The food here was very good indeed, best Dhal I have ever had. Good location and pretty interior of the hotel. The bedrooms are in need of updating (we had 106) but we got over that and appreciated our lovely sea view and balcony. Upgrade to a suite is highly recommended. The beach here is lovely with a lifeguard, and the man made semi lagoon area just along the beach makes swimming safer and easier. Super beach cafe close with daily fish catch and soft drinks. All the team at Garton’s Cape are helpful, happy and very kind. Easy taxi into Galle for shopping but closer by there are some lovely beach bars and Italian Gelato bar/restaurant in Ahangama. Lots of gap year students and surfer types having fun.

Three Gables Review WOW! A heart warming, soul reviving, home away from home, luxury indulgent experience. Of all the luxury accommodation and 5 star hotels I have stayed in as a Sri Lankan Australian coming to holiday in Sri Lanka over my entire lifetime - this has been my all time favourite. I have not one bad thing to say about Three Gables, in fact it was The Perfect luxury holiday experience! As soon as we walked in we were quite literally stunned by the visual feast that is the infinite pool overlooking the private beach. The architecture and interior design has been expertly executed in a heavenly fashion by none other than the legendary Geoffrey Bawa’s last student Vinod Jayasinghe with dreamy paintings by the renowned Sri Lankan artist Ajith Susantha! The place is even better than it looks in the pictures, with an unmatched peaceful ambiance. Also we were so lucky to see heaps of sea turtles swimming in the waves there!! Unparalleled level of service and hospitality. As soon as we got there they upgraded us free of charge into the Premium King Room with the Bath tub. The staff are so personable, the kind you can have genuine long conversations with, Dinuka especially! From the staff, we heard nothing but high praise and admiration of the staff of their Head Chairman who obviously values them very highly, which makes a world of a difference. When staff feel valued they are genuinely passionate about their work which is highly evident - trickling down into every detail of their service to us. Cleanliness was also unmatched, from what I could see we had room service twice per day whilst we were out and about! They organised intimate candlelit dinners for us overlooking the view and ocean! Chaturanga was the perfect waiter. All of the staff were beyond kind, generous and go out of their way to deliver absolutely everything and anything you want, and had amazing recommendations on what to do in the area! Don’t even get me started on the food! Nalaka the head chef is unbelievably gifted with a magic touch. Everything on that menu is to die for! Although expensive (and by expensive, it’s actually just the same price you would pay in a western country) it is worth every cent and the portions are HUGE! The Seafood Chowder is a MUST! We ordered it nearly every meal. I have never tasted a dish so harmonious in flavours, it’s truly an experience! My personal highlight was during a conversation with Dinuka (a famous chef in his own right) chatting about my curiosity for cooking Sri Lankan cuisine, he offered for dinner that night to organise a cooking class (free of charge) with the head chef Nalaka! The environment is first-class, it is a good place for a vacation, and the staff are very friendly and enthusiastic! We used the taxi app Pick Me to take a taxi in Galle, and then took the bus to Mirissa. In fact, as long as it is not the rush hour, the conditions of their buses are passable. Much cleaner than India, maybe there will be surprises

The kindest people in Marissa! The room was clean, modern, and ready for us when we arrived. The owner was even kind enough to upgrade us for free when he learned it was our honeymoon! Breakfast was prepared daily with coffee and tea. The beach is less than 1 minute from the building, literally directly across from the main entrance but on the opposite side of the road. Being on the other side of the road, it isn't loud at night with the partying going on at the beach so if you crash early it's the perfect location. The local workers even helped my wife and I get to Hikkadua safely. If you use the PickMe app in certain locations, the local Tuk Tuks won't let them pick you up. As our driver got shoed away at the beach entrance, the local Tuk Tuk alpha got all pissed and was trying to force his cab on us aggressively. The workers back at the Ocean Reach called someone they knew who came and scooped us minutes later. That kindness will never be forgotten! Don't expect luxury but this place is exactly what you need to enjoy Marissa!

Unbelievably good, the room is large and clean. There is a welcome drink at check-in, it is papaya milk, oh, really good. And the surprise is that going out is the beach. The distant friends who lived have gone a lot of ways to go swimming at the beach. And we are out, it's too convenient, too worth it. Great room, big bed, large balcony, big beach. Really lucky, I chose the Holiday Inn Mirissa. I don't care, I really feel that the hotel is great, so I recommend it to everyone. And breakfast is not bad, I like it very much.
