Very good facilities, nice and clean room. We had a problem with AC the first day and came down to the front desk and the staff took the problem and fix it very quickly. Also, the room servise was very professional. The bowling room, as well as the conference facilities are great.

A lovely hotel in a family friendly place, with great surrounding views. We enjoyed a restful week and appreciated the welcoming atmosphere. The staff is very kind and friendly, and each time we asked for help, the help came right away. Thank you!

Let’s just say I had the best stay in JUFA in Weiz the staff were amazing ! The one memeber of staff who stood out to me was Mia who was so welcoming even on arrival when I didn’t have a code to get into my room, she helped me with a smile straight away and told me not to worry. As I am an English native speaker and my German isn’t very good she was so good at helping me find good things to do in Weiz and Graz. And I tried out all her recommendations and they were all amazing !! She even helped me with my German and would speak to me in German when she could! She was always smiling and making me feel at home. She is an asset to the business, such a confident young lady who is going to go far. She made my experience all worth while ! The other staff were also amazing and so welcoming especially the gentleman on the desk who we had several issues with my room and keep card but no fault of his own ! So thank you from myself to everyone at JUFA Weiz for making my stay so amazing ! The food was amazing and you can’t fault the selection of food or drinks. The rooms were well maintained and well looked after and so clean!!! I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Weiz !

Nice hotel with a nice indoor playground, an outdoor playground for small children would be even better. In the height of summer I prefer a hotel with a scenic outdoor area. No on-site parking available. The friendly service in the dining room is worth mentioning.

It was a very nice stay, the hotel is great, brand new and very well maintained, the staff is also very nice. The wellness area is also great. There are just a few small criticisms: - it would be great if the pleasure voucher that you get when you book online was automatically deducted from the final bill. This is easy to overlook and we were told at reception that you can't see this voucher in the booking system. So if the guest doesn't remember, the voucher isn't deducted. It is written in small letters in the reservation email, but it would definitely be more customer-friendly if it was deducted straight away. - it would be great if there were comfortable seats for adults in the indoor playground. If you have small children, you should be there and there is no place to sit. - it's a shame that the wellness area is closed on Mondays. It would perhaps make more sense to tell guests that they can register when they want to leave and then only the saunas that are really needed are turned on, instead of having everything running every day except Monday, even if it isn't used. - I personally don't need the radio playing all the time in the wellness area, just quiet would be better. - we didn't realise that you had to ask for room cleaning separately, a brief note about this at check-in would be great. - an outdoor playground would be great, there is still space on the grass strip next to the main entrance (-; Thank you for the nice stay, as I said, just minor criticisms.

As always, it was very nice here. Everything was good. Breakfast was great, the staff very friendly and reliable. The rooms were clean, the offer was great. You can go for walks, for example to the church. Or drive to Teichalm to go for a walk there.

We had a cozy, beautiful and very clean room. The hotel facilities are also excellent: the sauna is very nice, the bowling alley is perfect for evening competitions and the climbing area for children is really varied. Great hotel for families!

Nice short break in a new JUFA; clean rooms, comfortable beds, great play area for children, bowling alley in the house! Ice skating rink next door, 5 minutes to the old town, shopping nearby, parking for 2.- at the house, very courteous service
