It was a very nice stay, the hotel is great, brand new and very well maintained, the staff is also very nice. The wellness area is also great. There are just a few small criticisms: - it would be great if the pleasure voucher that you get when you book online was automatically deducted from the final bill. This is easy to overlook and we were told at reception that you can't see this voucher in the booking system. So if the guest doesn't remember, the voucher isn't deducted. It is written in small letters in the reservation email, but it would definitely be more customer-friendly if it was deducted straight away. - it would be great if there were comfortable seats for adults in the indoor playground. If you have small children, you should be there and there is no place to sit. - it's a shame that the wellness area is closed on Mondays. It would perhaps make more sense to tell guests that they can register when they want to leave and then only the saunas that are really needed are turned on, instead of having everything running every day except Monday, even if it isn't used. - I personally don't need the radio playing all the time in the wellness area, just quiet would be better. - we didn't realise that you had to ask for room cleaning separately, a brief note about this at check-in would be great. - an outdoor playground would be great, there is still space on the grass strip next to the main entrance (-; Thank you for the nice stay, as I said, just minor criticisms.
