攜程訊息不準確訂的2樓有窗商務標間實際是餐廳，換到了8樓房間設施差衞生條件堪憂，根本不像 19年裝修，酒店樓下是ktv，凌晨三點都能聽到聲音瞌睡淺的根本睡不着。前台專業素質差，服務能力低，提前打電話問能否停車，前台説停車場已滿，需要自己去找停車的地方，問她能停哪兒確説不知道，辦理入住時前台一直喪起個臉，還以個人標準難為客人，比公安局盤查還嚴苛，客人情緒受影響後還多次火上焦油，多次對客人説不願住可以退房。
