服務及差！開房第一天給我905的鑰匙刷開衞生都沒打掃，後來換了901房説不用房卡開直接用鑰匙但是鑰匙與鎖不配無法打卡，我同事用力一推門就打開了觀察了一下門鎖搞半天鎖都沒法鎖含淚住了兩天，推門進去到衞生間方便了一下沖水馬桶水也沒有我同事下去告訴前台半個多小時過去還是沒水，忍不住我下去前台問服務員回覆沒水了一會抽，疼痛的等了10多分鐘水才供上，接下來開始洗澡我的天水特小遭罪了，忍耐住了兩天噶,退房讓前台開發票回覆掃碼提交直接發電子發票給我，直到下午都沒動靜，多次聯繫徒勞，直到第二天我再次電話聯繫前台服務員為什麼發票還不開給我，回覆不知道。後來衹能求助攜程客服，客服馬上為我解決了發票的事。

房間陳舊電梯老舊，大床房就是用兩張小床拼起來，早上起來沒水 體驗感很不好。

訂過三次了，第一次晾衣桿是壞的，第二次空調響得不行，第三次窗簾又是壞的。雖然都不影響睡覺，但是影響心情。
