本來是打算一起看看電影出去逛的，結果那個投影設施壞了，不過酒店老闆服務挺好的，還有就是衞生間的衞生清理不怎麼好

房間沒打掃，廁所裏還有煙頭，上一個客人的東西還在，花灑，吹風機都是壞的，地毯很臟，指甲，紙屑什麼垃圾都有，酒店不隔音，床單，毛毯都是壞的，馬桶上還有別人的尿液啥的

服務及差！開房第一天給我905的鑰匙刷開衞生都沒打掃，後來換了901房説不用房卡開直接用鑰匙但是鑰匙與鎖不配無法打卡，我同事用力一推門就打開了觀察了一下門鎖搞半天鎖都沒法鎖含淚住了兩天，推門進去到衞生間方便了一下沖水馬桶水也沒有我同事下去告訴前台半個多小時過去還是沒水，忍不住我下去前台問服務員回覆沒水了一會抽，疼痛的等了10多分鐘水才供上，接下來開始洗澡我的天水特小遭罪了，忍耐住了兩天噶,退房讓前台開發票回覆掃碼提交直接發電子發票給我，直到下午都沒動靜，多次聯繫徒勞，直到第二天我再次電話聯繫前台服務員為什麼發票還不開給我，回覆不知道。後來衹能求助攜程客服，客服馬上為我解決了發票的事。
