酒店很小，房間比較侷促，但周邊還是很安靜，停車確實很有限。設施也有很多老化的地方，但是服務素質非常高。出現問題後，很主動及時的解決，沒有任何推諉。並且承諾將進行徹底整改，而且貼心的給與所能提供的最大幫助！這一點真的值得點贊！

設施：齊全，空調很安靜，晚上幾乎沒有聲音。
衞生：乾淨，很專業，超值。
環境：出行很方便，附近購物吃飯都很方便。停車就在門口很方便。
服務：非常棒，我們孩子的鞋子忘在酒店，還幫我們郵寄回來。可以信賴。圖片和宣傳的一樣喔！

很乾凈，小茶几凳子很有特色。燈光設計的很好，我喜歡開點燈睡覺，但是大部分酒店都會刺眼，這家的燈有兩盞在窗前，且更高，正好遮擋住了，也不影響照明。淋浴水温水壓穩定，早餐米線包子饅頭水果，還不錯👍

給5分是因為前台工作做的很好。麻雀雖小 五臟俱全，有早餐區，有休閑區，工作人員也都不錯。
但是，既然頭上有《如家》這個大招牌，房內設施的整潔是基本要求。
牆面污漬多，衞生間馬桶底部一圈膠發黃開裂，進門有聞到一點異味。建議跟進檢查維修
雖然房價不高，但是，客人對“雲上四季”的期待仍然不會很低，如果“雲上四季”“如家”不再是品質的保證，那不管價格如何，客人在選擇時都必定會猶豫。
就本次入住來説，這個品牌的印象在我心裏已經大打折扣。下次來還住這裏，再看一下。

停車在路邊不是很方便。房間乾淨整潔、接待人員禮貌熱情。離古城步行合理距離，可以去逛逛，不知道是不是不在季節，店鋪很多都不開門。
