The location is great and the building has been nicely upgraded. However there is only one washing machine and there was a long queue for it when I went to use it. The room, especially the fabrics, smells strongly of cigarette smoke

The hotel is excellent in every way. Customer service, communication and hospitality were very good.
I was very early booking in, the room I booked was not ready to be occupied so the team at reception upgraded my room.
Reception also booked a taxi for me when I departed.
I can certainly recommend the hotel to all travellers.
Looking forward to staying with them again next year.

位置好，走過去三十米先鋒書店，周圍吃的很多，價格便宜
酒店環境和房間都OK的，有個視野不錯的天台，頂樓有洗衣房。晚上還可以和老闆喝喝茶聊聊天，老闆人很有意思

大理高鐵20分鐘到了巍山，2元綠色擺渡車就到酒店，真的很近，不到1公里。拐角就看到好多紫色三角梅，走上台階就聞到淡淡的無名花香，門口就是魚池石山流水，再看到整齊乾淨明亮的大堂配上綠色的植物橙色的沙發，印象分一下就拉滿了。入住感受：
1.環境 5分 開窗見景，獨棟別墅
2.位置5分 離古城就是一街之隔，先鋒書店百步可達
3.衞生5分 整個房間和衞生間都奶油白，感覺空氣都很清新
4.設施5分 全屋智能，見光不見燈，電視超大，比投影爽太多，還可以旋轉，床品就更是舒服了，特別喜歡這裏的枕頭，還有床墊軟硬適中，還有暗裝的花灑和頂噴，箭牌智能馬桶，真箇是設計感和細節拉滿。
5.服務5分 前台和保潔都很友好，見面就微笑，有問必答，但絕不打擾。
是我最喜歡的民宿類型了，巍山古城好吃的也很多，前台還備有攻略明信片和手繪導遊圖，下次來還住這裏哦。

整個院子和房間都特別温馨，佈置得就像家一樣，一走進來就能感受到那種被包裹的安心感。木質的房子、暖黃色的燈光，綠色的窗簾，加上院子裏花草的香氣，讓人忍不住放慢腳步。房主非常貼心，還特地幫我去接行李。入住期間，可愛的狗狗們總是搖着尾巴陪在身邊，讓人覺得很有陪伴感。臨走的時候，小貓悄悄跟到門口，好像在説“路上小心”，那一刻真的很暖心。這裏不僅僅是一家民宿，更像是一個會一直牽掛你的朋友家，以後一定會再回來看看大家。

酒店靠近先鋒崇正書院是一大亮點，喜歡泡書吧可以直接選。乾淨衞生便捷，大堂打造温馨，有喝茶吃飯以及閑坐看書的環境，房間緊湊，設施齊全，打掃及時，光線充足，不吵鬧，適合休息，衞生間乾淨便捷。推薦給大家。

這家民宿真的是我來版納最大的驚喜，本來衹計劃帶女兒來玩三天兩夜的，結果從十四號住到了今天23號第十天了，有提供早餐，還有泳池，還有免費水果，老闆和店長也非常熱情，幫你考慮的很周到。有免費接送機和接送站。雖然我用不到，但是他們有提供。距離機場動車站也就十幾二十分鐘左右。以後我的朋友來版納都會推薦來這家住。整個小區的環境，綠化都很好，睡覺超級安靜的。床墊也很舒服，一點聲音也沒有。房間衞生也非常到位，每天都會幫你打掃客房。
