Die Zimmer sind sauber und funktionell eingerichtet. Hilfe beim Gepäck wurde nicht angeboten. Wir haben einen Tisch mit 5 Personen reserviert, der vorher für 8 Personen gedeckt war. Es gab keinerlei Bemühen, den Tisch irgendwie auch für weniger Leute adäquat zu richten (wir saßen alle nebeneinander und die andere Seite des Tisches war frei) - haben wir dann selber erledigt. Das Frühstück war eine Frechheit. Neben der riesigen Brötchenliste, lagen noch vereinzelte „normale Brötchen“ , auf Nachfrage kam „is halt da, was da ist…“, Filterkaffee in der Thermoskanne, extrem liebloses Buffet. Wir kamen vor 09:00 zum Frühstück, um 09:30 wurde dann direkt neben uns alle Tische fürs Mittagessen gerichtet. Nicht kurz angehoben und wieder abgestellt, sondern jedes einzelne Möbelstück über den Boden gezogen. Wir haben unser eigenen Wort nicht mehr verstanden. Bei Rückkehr vom sehr übersichtlichen Buffet, war dann mein Teller weg. Wir dann später auch und das wird sicherlich auch in Zukunft so bleiben.
