之前住過很多次，覺得挺好的，但是這次住還沒到退房時間，也還沒退房，行李都還在房間，客房就自己刷卡進去打掃衞生了，回來看到都驚呆了，也太隨意了吧，不能等人退房走了再打掃嗎
