The room facilities are okay, but the quality and service are really problematic. After checking in, I first saw a lot of dirty things on the pillows, and there were large patches of dust on the sheets and dust sticking to them, as if they were rubbed on the ground. I felt the same. I was asked to change the sheets at the time. I found that the service staff took it several times and it was dirty. I felt that the quality was really wrong. I don’t know if it was not clean or what happened. The finished things were lost by the cleaning staff. I asked the front desk to deal with the matter, and the front desk asked the cleaning manager to ask. When she brought the things to me, she didn’t say that I knew it was from the trash bag. What's more, she also mistakenly said: I’m sorry, I’ll pick it up for you.. I found it out for you; I lied to the customer as a three-year-old kid, who doesn’t know what the cleaning stuff is for, or it’s straightforward. Throw it out in the trash bag. The quality of service is very poor, the replies to the guests are too sloppy, obviously there are very perfunctory elements, although the room facilities pass, but other aspects are very poor, it is impossible to stay again.

In a hotel with a very poor experience, the sensor light in the room is really convinced. It turns off three or four times a minute. It must be induction, and the voice cannot be called. If you draw makeup for half an hour, you can imagine how many times it has been turned off. Never stay in a hotel again.
