入住酒店一週，印象非常好。周圍環境優美，存車方便，吃住一體化，房間整齊乾淨，早餐經濟實惠，餐廳價格適中，服務員態度誠懇，酒店設施齊全，在華州區屬於高檔酒店，非常適合旅居。

經常去華州出差，以前住過許多當地酒店，一個偶然的機會，來到了福潤德大酒店，感覺這裏適合我的偏好，這次是我第二次入住福潤德，酒店雖然已經開業很久，但設施設備保養比較完善，衞生乾淨，説明平時管理比較到位，同樣服務人員素質較高，會為賓客解決許多難題，早餐也適合各種口味的需求，以後去華州，我還會選擇住這裏！

酒店很好！上午出差好！就在縣政府對面！就是早餐一般，太簡單了！衞生也一般，沒有什麼服務意識，縣城服務就這個水平，不能要求太高！衹能這樣了！

酒店配套差，周邊沒有吃飯的地方，床品睡完身體發癢，想讓保安幫忙提下行李上樓不情願服務特別差，連續續住期間，客房服務極度敷衍，不是忘了放礦泉水就是忘了放沐浴露，拖鞋，糊弄顧客，工作人員態度也不好，早餐的、客房的耷拉着一張臉給誰看呢。

長者外出，給長者訂的，攜程明明寫的免按金，結果還是要收長者按金，咱還告訴長者辦個入住就行，丟人啊，看來攜程的會員不好使啊。
