房間衞生打掃的一點也不乾淨，地上有別人用過的避孕套，噁心死了！由於第二天有事，太晚了我們沒有換房間，也沒有動，太不衞生了！提前打電話説好的推遲到4點左右退房，由於下午我有事不是我退房，最後還讓我對象補了60塊的差價！！！！我後來才知道！！！並沒有通知我！還有！！！晚上不知道是樓上還是樓下的KTV唱了一晚上歌，吵死了！！！晚上十二點睡覺，三點了吵得還睡不着！！！！真的影響心情！隔音效果特別差！！！屋子裡冷的像冰窖！！第二天起來直接凍感冒了！！！差評！！！煩死了

酒店環境不錯，服務也不錯。但是……
我們是大年初五入住的，天氣挺冷，結果沒有熱水，沒有熱水。打電話問前台，説是水管爆了。搶修了一晚上，直到第二天早上退房時都沒有熱水，不知咋回事。本來白天開了一天車想好好洗洗，結果……洗澡洗頭都不行。
房間説是能看發屏電影，但網絡太差了，看一會就卡，基本沒法看。
這麼多年住酒店頭一回遇到這種意外，相信酒店不是有意的，但這種處理緊急情況的能力還是有欠缺。畢竟在冬天熱水可是太重要了。就像夏天沒有空調一樣。

設施：房間枱燈接觸不良，座椅坐着不舒服，如果準備點紙筆就方便了。
衞生：乾淨整潔清爽舒適。
環境：除了酒店隔音效果有點不好其他的沒問題。
