The room floor is higher and quiet, the landlord is very warm, all kinds of flowers and plants, and there is vitality. The bed is also very warm and comfortable to sleep. Big TV is good, the view outside the window is good, but the curtains are not very good, for people who sleep afraid of light may not be very friendly, the water temperature can be set low, to avoid scalds, overall very good.

The hotel has complete facilities, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the stay is very comfortable. The front desk staff are very good, proactive and enthusiastic. The breakfast is good, there are many varieties, and the price is not too expensive in the urban area. The accommodation environment and sanitation are much better than other hotels at the same price. The service attitude is standard and it is recommended. Although the decoration takes a long time, there is no peculiar smell and the price is very high. The rooms in the 4 star hotel are very clean. 👍 The service is also very good. I didn't expect there to be such a good hotel in Weinan, let alone such a good service. The room is spacious and bright, the bedding is comfortable, parking is convenient, and the breakfast is rich. What is even more impressive is the sincere smile and meticulous care of each service staff. They are well-trained and very dedicated. Thank you. Hotel facilities are very good, the room is large, clean and tidy, the lobby is comfortable. Parking is available at the door, the underground garage is more spacious and convenient, and the service is very good. RRachel EliseThe hotel's location is very close to the Hua Shan tourist center and is a convenient place to stay. The hotel staff drove me to the tourist center in the morning and back to the hotel in the afternoon once I finished hiking. The room was very clean, with snacks and drinks (including bottles of water) for sale in the lobby downstairs. The hotel also has an extensive food menu for breakfast, lunch, or dinner to order from. The hotel staff also drove me to the train station when I left, and they were very understanding and helpful with my questions.

The host is very friendly and helpful, he even did the pick up and drop off for us to and fro at the scenic area and train station. All our welfare are being taken care when we were staying at hotel. I would recommend strongly this hotel to my friends when they travel to Hua Shan.

GGuest UserVery satisfying hotel! It is right at the foot of Huashan Mountain, with convenient transportation. There are many restaurants and supermarkets around, which is very convenient. The front desk is enthusiastic and professional, the room is clean and fully equipped, and hiking gloves, maps and earplugs are thoughtfully prepared. Free pick-up and drop-off service from the train station was provided. Since we decided to take the ropeway up the mountain temporarily, the young man enthusiastically sent us to the visitor center. He put our luggage in the car in advance and went down the mountain directly to the train station, which effectively saved time. The mattress is really comfortable. I will definitely choose to stay here next time.

We visited Huayin to hike Huashan, and apart from taking a taxi to the guesthouse, all transport was provided by the boss - he drove us to the visitors centre for starting the hike, even coming to pick us when the ticket booth wasn’t open (Chinese public holiday) and drove us to the main visitor centre, and then he drove us to the train station on our last day. The lady boss helped to buy cableway tickets ahead of our hike so we wouldn’t have to queue. We also ate all meals here, as the food is great!
The guesthouse is located in a small village at the foot of the mountain, a short walk from a small ticket booth for park tickets (only locals can buy Huashan tickets on WeChat, foreigners need to buy them in person). This ticket counter is closed on public holidays (no signs or announcements, we just bumped into some park staff who told us), so you will need to go to the main visitors centre (about 3 mins drive). You should download WeChat to communicate with the guesthouse - we messaged them and they helped to figure out what was going on, and sent a car to come get us. After descending from the mountain you may message them for pick up, but we chose to walk back to the guesthouse from the visitors centre (~10mins). It is really remote, there’s nothing much to do in the area apart from admire the views, but this is also precisely why this place is so lovely!

The shop is decorated very distinctively, with billiards, game consoles, werewolf*, KTV, etc., and the proprietress said that there will be a swimming pool afterwards. . . NNathan.KGreat location and friendly staff. Booking through trip.com made it a simple process. The “room with a view” turned out to be a view of the people queuing up for a group tour all throughout the day just outside... Gotta use the curtains for privacy, and for keeping the heat in.
Breakfast is very subpar, however. The only decent restaurant available during my stay (Chinese New Year) was the KFC.

CCameo19A ginormous hotel with spectacular Mountain View’s, but not so many guests so felt like a ghost town. The location is excellent, a few minutes walk from the Huashan scenic area booking office, and a handful of restaurants, couple of coffee shops and massage salon. The main reason for this location is hiking and enjoying the amazing hot springs. There isn’t anything else nearby for those who are not interested in those two activities! Lots of hot spring pools, and a large swimming pool, which you access via the shuttle car, this runs every couple of minutes so super convenient. Room is very large, so is bathroom. Breakfast is sufficient, restaurant for dinner closes at 21:00 and didn’t try. Overall a lovely hotel stay.

AAGood place. Staff was nice, food was good although expensive (very nice 牛肉面) and the location was perfect with a fantastic view. The room was basic but comfortable. You can get hot water from the reception and there's both a little restaurant and an outdoor food stall. Easy to find, I recommend taking the West Peak/西峰 cablecar on the way up.
Quiet surroundings and there's a heater to keep the room warm at night. Beds were clean, no problem with lack of cleaning.
The toilets smelled and there were no showers, but this was advertised in the general information already. Toilets are the same public toilets found everywhere on Hua Shan, they're not great but not terrible either.
The price is not cheap, but you pay for staying on top of the mountain far from everything, and the location is perfect for the sunrise.
I expected worse from the previous reviews, but this was more than fine.
I didn't eat the breakfast since there was a power outage (also happened at West Peak later that day, the price for being on a high mountain top I guess). The staff apologised and asked me to wait until the power came back, but I was eager to start hiking so just decided to skip it. You could still get food from the outside stall if needed.
