The hotel service is very good. It was late on the day of check-in. The front desk called me to confirm the check-in time and explained in advance that the hotel has free parking and other matters. Looking at the map is very close to Weihai Station, I booked it. I didn’t expect it to be in the mountains. I felt good when I first entered. The newly renovated wooden house and the bed were also very big. I was ready to wash and found that the ground was dirty. There were a lot of hair in the bathroom. The toilet was not brushed. There were dead mosquitoes and flies on the ground. There were also many flies in the house. Fortunately, there were flies, I found the staff, and the attitude was very good. The boss is sentimental, the surrounding environment is very good, that is, the cleaning aunt can't do it, management should be strengthened. When I left, the meal tasted good. Unfortunately, I couldn't get a taxi here, and the bus didn't catch up. I asked the staff if they could help contact the car. The reply was that there was no such service. In fact, it is about four stops away from the town where you can get a taxi. Hey, I didn't catch the train. If there is a car service in such a biased place, it should be good, or remind the passengers in advance that they can't get a taxi, so they can leave two more hours. Overall it's OK

GGuest UserIt was a very good experience, because the heavy snow arrived in Weihai late, the staff heard that we didn't have dinner, and thoughtfully arranged two bowls of white fungus porridge and two hot bowls of sweet soup, which dispelled the exhaustion and coldness all over the body. The room facilities are high-end and atmospheric. What I love most is the surprise of opening the curtains. The snow and seascape just jumped into my eyes. The children are very happy. The breakfast is also very good, especially thanks to the staff Li Fang for his enthusiasm, care, and warmth towards guests from afar. help!

The spacious rooms are very comfortable with great beds and sensible bathrooms with bathtub and waterfall showers .The breakfast is the best in China with almost everything that you could possibly want to eat supplied. The breakfast staff have been instructed to keep the bain marie heating units open they should be closed if you want property heated food .This Hotel has the best gym with beautifully designed décor and a sensible 8 lane 33mts swimming pool the absolute best steam room heated pools and hidden lighting and comfortable chairs for relaxation. Two matters that would add to the terrific standard . A large wall clock with black sweep hand so when doing weights you can take your time and a bench to lie on while doing weights.

First, when we booked the hotel, we made a mistake with the date, he helped us modify our booking, upgraded our room. He also helped uswith locations and addresses of places we can visit. We were very lucky to meet him.We were served with fruit everyday. Check in was great and fast. Breakfast is rich and variety. In short, everything was perfect. Just one little recommendations for the floor carpets to be changed. They're old, but room is clean. Our room was cleaned everyday.
We will come back again. Thanks to the staff of Huaxi hotel for making our stay enjoyable and comfortable. We visited the silver beach and took a trip of one hour, 30 minutes to Luigong Island, Weihai. So much to see and do here. A great place for a vacation.

KKongshaojiaThe service is the best among all the hotels I stayed in. I highly recommend it. It is in the center of Weihai, with convenient transportation. There is a bus stop at the door of the hotel, and across the road is the hair salon business district Weigao Plaza. Although the room is not too new, the service is very attentive. The security guard Xiao Wang who carried our luggage and the room attendant Guo Zhenhua prepared a lot of things for us and even wrote a handwritten message card. Feng Meixuan, the guest relations, also prepared cold drinks and souvenirs for us after we checked out, and called a taxi to the door for us when we left. The staff here seem to understand customer needs very well. Thumbs up 👍

JJingranhouIt was a very satisfactory stay. I came to Weihai with my two children and chose Haiyue Jianguo Hotel to stay for one night. When we checked in, the lobby manager Wang Qing received us. Seeing that we had a younger child, the manager Wang Qing was afraid that we had booked a twin bed. Too Comfortable helped arrange a family room. The room also comes with a child's toothbrush and slippers. The view is also good. The room assigned to us has a view of the mountains and the sea, and the view is also very beautiful. If you have any questions during your stay, you can consult at any time. Very considerate butler service.
Although the facilities look a bit old, it can be seen that they have been carefully maintained. The carpet in our room is also newly replaced and is soft to the touch. The bathroom is also very clean and the location is very convenient. It is right opposite Shandong University. The transportation is also very convenient. You can take a taxi when you go out.
After leaving the hotel, I left something behind in the room. Manager Wang Qing also responded quickly to help me find it. If I found it, he would mail it to me, which saved me worry and effort. I will continue to choose Haiyue Jianguo Hotel next time I come to Weihai. It is an unmistakable choice.

It is not very convenient to bring small pot friends and the elderly. First of all, the location is relatively biased. Most of the people here want to go to Xixiakou and take the ropeway. It is relatively close. The hotel does not have dinner. I have to go to the surrounding town for dinner. The conditions are not very good. The hotel staff is very warm and the hotel is very new. But it feels a little bit not very good. The room is relatively small. I stayed for one night, but the scenery is still good.

The suite facilities are good for three days, it is quiet, and the sanitation is good, but the service is real It is unpleasant. I just ignored it on the first day when I checked in at the front desk. I was not enthusiastic. I checked out on the last day and was anxious to catch the high-speed rail. Waiting for the next trip, but no, still cursing, repeated three or four times after the elevator door was closed and then the elevator was opened, causing us to be unable to go downstairs. The front desk of the hotel explained that it is not a staff member of the hotel. I would like to ask why can I work here if it is not a staff member? I thought I would definitely choose this place next time I went to Weihai, but what happened before I left was really disappointing
