I was picked up and dropped off by Master Yang, who was kind and courteous. He worked overtime for my morning bus and was waiting at the door of the hotel at six o'clock. I was really embarrassed. Sister Haixia is so considerate. She arranged pink swan petals on the bed sheets and prepared delicious and diverse fruits. Every day is different (how do you do it)? It's an old hotel, but it's clean and the service is super good! ! Xiao Feng's service in the lobby is super enthusiastic! Fruits are given every day, as well as milk and biscuits! Another day, two cups of pear soup were delivered. All the staff are very nice and the service experience is great!

今天上午11點左右退的房，就發生一個讓人不太愉快的情況。不得不説這裏的工作人員的專業性是有待提高的，不排除國慶節期間人手不足的可能導致的，下面會詳細描述。 首先，地理位置方面，基本上無可挑剔，可以説優越，出了酒店門口過了馬路便是威海市的威高購物中心，有小吃街，有各種餐飲和超市，雖然價格都偏高一點，但是旅遊期間解決吃飯或者購物沒問題。威高購物中心C座出口就是公交車K8總站，基本上有名的景點都能到。而再往走路約10分鐘之內就能到海邊的幸福公園還有幸福門。 接着，説説酒店設施，看這個酒店名字猜測應該有一定的歷史了，中秋國慶期間還能看到有連續兩天都在舉辦好幾場婚宴。酒店標四星，房間裏的設施明顯有翻新過，所以使用起來新且舒適，有的都有，拎包入住可。 然後，在客房服務上，分開兩個方面來説。 1/客房服務，比較讓人意外的是有管家服務，每天除了基本的飲用水2瓶免費之外，還會送水果或牛奶或酸奶，我們入住有一晚是中秋，還送了2個月餅，我們當時就愁沒月餅，就覺得來得剛剛好。而且前兩晚附贈這些食物時還會有一封手寫的信。但到了最後一晚，雖然有食物，但是手寫信就沒了。即使我們知道這些都是預先準備好的，但是難免會有心理落差。但是總的來説，禮是到了。 2/衞生方面，我們都懷疑前兩天和最後一天負責衞生的不是同一個工作人員。前兩天衞生都十分讓人滿意，角角落落都清潔得很乾凈，而且有夜床的操作。可是最後一天就很潦草了，衞生就明顯沒有搞乾淨：衞生間滿是頭髮的地巾沒有替換就這樣放着，洗澡間裏的下水口都是前一晚洗澡堵的頭髮沒清理，洗手枱上有明顯的垃圾也沒有清走（儘管使用過的毛巾都收走了吧？看起來…），這是因為最後一晚所以沒所謂？還有就是早上在mini吧用過的咖啡杯也沒有清潔，枕頭的收拾也僅僅是經濟酒店的水平。這前兩晚和最後一晚的差距真明顯。 對了，在最後一晚的白天我們出門比較晚，遇到了負責衞生的工作人員，她問我們能不能打掃房間，我們説可能下午，然後她表現出不太高興，這跟今天退房的前台姐姐的感覺是差不多的，感覺就是不耐煩，或許因為工作很多？我們減慢了他們的工作效率，也可能是國慶客流暴漲工作量劇增導致的真情流露？ 最後，説一下入住與退房。我們在攜程上看到房間僅保留至18時，於是提早一天的上午我便打電話與客服溝通能否保留長一點時間，我們可能會晚點到，客服迴應説沒問題，這裏還是感覺到挺好的。真正辦理入住時，不知道前台是否新人，首先沒有包早餐也告知我有早餐，入住時什麼都沒説清楚就告訴我付錢怎麼付，當時因為太累沒想太多以為是房費全付，也沒留意是否預付款來的，當然前台對於付費訊息什麼都沒説清楚，後來回憶時我跟我朋友4隻耳朵都沒聽到這些訊息。退房時尷尬了，前台的説法是他們按正常價收了我房費，但是不夠扣按照攜程訂單要繼續補充付款。本人不糾結付款問題，衹是前台的説辭真的讓人很容易莫名火，一直強調他們不是要多收，你看看你的預付款跟實際訂單金額，之前肯定不夠付的，要補要補。 衹是想反問一下，你們酒店是不是該有責任在入住時把到店付的規則，包括多少按金，多少需要後付，還有退房規則都説清楚，你們自己沒有説清楚，就請提高一下這種專業性，不是説錢不夠給我繼續付這些話。我們在入住時連按金兩個字都沒聽到，真的以為是房費。然後一直讓我們看自己的付款憑證什麼的，感覺就是要把責任推給我們，服務的水平和話術也感覺需要提高。 另外，酒店朝海的客房會因為外面早上六點就施工的工地聲響影響被強行叫起，所以我們這幾天的對策也衹能“早睡早起”。所以如果想安靜多睡會兒這陣子不要轉這邊的房間，想房間看到海而且安靜的話那就建議另擇酒店或民宿了。 綜上所述，硬件沒大問題，服務好的差的都有，可圈可點，地理環境優越，衹是提醒一下他們在前台服務説明問題的能力上會有瑕疵，如果到店付的在意錢的人士要問清楚他們到底怎麼收錢，因為她們不會主動説明説清楚，免得像我們一樣沒來由地最後就是這樣不歡離開。

Everything is pretty good, and it usually only takes a minute or two to get there by taxi. For meals, just a few minutes' walk away is Kowloon City Commercial Building, which has many restaurants. The hotel is responsive to all requests and the service attitude is very good. The bath water is also very large. There is no odor problem in the toilet either. Breakfast has many varieties and tastes good. Fruit and snacks are delivered to the room every day. Sea view king bed room, the view outside the floor-to-ceiling window is also beautiful. If I come to Weihai again next time, I will stay here or in their newly opened hotel. The only problem is that the wall between the bathroom and the bedroom is not a wall, but ground glass. If the bathroom light is on, the bedroom can see it. The hotel is aware of this problem and has tried to make up for it. I hope the next renovation can solve this problem. .

The small homestay is built on the mountain, surrounded by the mountains and the sea, behind the house is the mountains and forests, the air is very good, you can see the blue sea in front of the window (picture 1, all photos are taken without filters), you can get up early to watch the sunrise by the window. A ten-minute walk down the mountain is Half Moon Bay (picture 2). It is very convenient to take a taxi, and you can also rent a small eDonkey. Follow Huanhai Road to the south and ride slowly, passing by Haiyuan Park (Figure 4), Weihai Park, Yuehai Park, and Sea Park in turn, and you can take photos with the landmarks. Follow Huanhai Road to the north, you can watch the sea in Maotou Mountain (Figure 3), watch the sunset in the international bathing beach, turn to Huoju Eighth Street, and go shopping in Hanlefang at night. This is my second stay at Weihai Hotel. I lived once 4 years ago. I like the environment here. I also like the food here. In these two nights, once hot pot, once fried vegetables. The fried dishes also called to the room to eat.

We organized a group to run the Rongcheng Marathon and felt the enthusiasm of the people in Rongcheng. The hotel thoughtfully provides breakfast to every athlete who registers. The internal road in front of the hotel is part of the track. The hotel staff are enthusiastic and nice. Free hot spring tickets were given. The children were so happy that they didn’t want to leave. The breakfast was rich and the lunch group purchase set meal was hygienic, delicious and affordable.

There are not many international bathing beaches here. Although it is winter, I feel a lot of people. I was fortunate to see the snowy days in Weihai. It was so beautiful that I had nothing to say. The location of the hotel is very good, the traffic is very convenient, the parking space at the door is convenient, and many daily necessities are very complete. The shampoo is really fragrant and finally it is not soft hahahaha 😂 The front desk staff is very good and will answer my questions patiently and recommend it to all friends!

The location of the B&B is very good. You can go downstairs and cross the road to the seaside. You can see the sea and the sunrise from the room and the coffee shop on the second floor without having to go downstairs. The cafe on the second floor has a very good environment and the coffee is delicious. It’s perfect for gazing at the sea. The room is beautifully decorated in an Instagram style. Except for the cosmetic mirror which has a bit of a plastic feel, everything else is very good. It is very clean and the stay is very comfortable. The store owner is kind and takes good care of you.
