Excellent stay! Would recommend. Location next to Korean town (scenic spot) lots of shops and great restaurants nearby. Room spotlessly clean, welcome staff friendly upon arrival.

Staying at Atour for the first time! Before coming to Weihai, I was crazy by my friends. I really didn't disappoint after staying for two nights. The smiles and greetings of the reception staff made people feel very sincere, including the cleaning aunt I met. When I saw us, I would smile and say hello! The room is spacious and bright, the bedding is comfortable and soft, the room sound insulation is also very good, no noise is heard at night. The whole house smart equipment, the shading effect of the curtains is also excellent, I can sleep well every night 😴 The laundry service is also great. The staff will help deliver it to the room after washing. This is too important for families with babies who play on the beach several times a day! When I left the store, I sent a gift, and there was water in the refrigerator in the room. We took the drink on the train. It tasted really good.😌 It had to be studied like my friend. I will go out to travel in the future. Prioritize Atour 👍👍👍.

I have extended my stay here, as I have chores to do in the city. Lovely room and spacious. Front desk reception especially Irish is most helpful! Will definitely return if I visit Weihai again!

This hotel is excellent! The facilities are new, and the sea view is stunning. It's super close to Liugong Island and the popular seaside football pitch. Weigao Plaza is right next door, making dining very convenient, and it's easy to get to any attraction from this city-center location. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the breakfast is delicious—not a huge selection, but everything is exquisite, a true 'small but beautiful' experience. The complimentary cookies we received upon check-in were warm and incredibly tasty, and we even got warm milk before bed every night. A huge thank you to our concierge Vivi for all her help throughout our stay! We added her on WeChat as soon as we checked in, and she promptly assisted with every request. Next time I'm in Weihai, I'll definitely choose the Hilton again!

For business trips, I always choose Atour, and this time I even received a complimentary room upgrade. However, my experience at the Atour in Weihai wasn't great. Parking was limited, and the spaces themselves were poorly designed. Often, my car would either get blocked in by another vehicle, or the spot would be right next to a service passage. The room booked via Ctrip didn't include breakfast, but despite being a Gold member with several breakfast vouchers, I wasn't able to use them. Do they really think I don't want to book directly through the Atour app? The price they offer Gold members directly is significantly higher than what's available on Ctrip.

We booked a family room, with 2 adults and 2 children, 2 bathrooms and 2 1.8-meter beds. The beds are big enough and the 2 bathrooms are convenient, but it is better to book a deluxe family room. The ordinary family room may be on the first floor. When I checked in, I felt that the first floor was average, but it was actually OK and quite quiet. The hotel is very conveniently located, next to Weigao Plaza, and it is very convenient to eat. It is only a dozen yuan by taxi to various scenic spots.

I'd stayed at Ibis hotels before abroad and liked their style, so when I saw they were here, I booked them without hesitation. However, my overall experience was a mixed bag. Let's start with the positives: the room was quite comfortable, the decor was nice, and the bedding was comfortable. The hardware was fine, but the software was questionable!!! First, after placing the order, Ibis was the only one of the many hotels I stayed in on this trip that specifically called to ask what time I would check in. I'm not sure what the point of this was, as it was only noon at the time and I was still traveling, so it was hard to predict my arrival time. When I arrived, the front desk informed me that my room only came with breakfast for one person!!! This was the first time I'd booked a king-size room and only received one breakfast. (Usually, it's either none or two.) Then the front desk started pushing me, offering an extra breakfast and a larger room for 49 yuan. Since we were traveling with two people, it wouldn't have been appropriate to eat breakfast alone, so I agreed. But it felt really strange. Another reason I booked this hotel was because I had been out on the water during the day and needed to wash two sets of clothes, and the Ibis has a self-service laundry room. But!!! I waited from 10 PM until almost midnight, and still couldn't get my clothes washed!!! A few university-looking people monopolized the only three washing machines, constantly taking out bags of clothes to wash! Even if university students were renting a hotel to do their laundry, shouldn't they occupy all the washing machines?! Other guests didn't want to use them? A few other guests arrived while I was waiting, but when they saw the situation, they all left. I waited for nearly two hours and still had no chance to get a seat! Instead of mediating, the hotel staff chatted and laughed with those university students—I wonder if they knew them. Also, the next morning, I went for breakfast. The food was minimal, and the bread was dry. That would have been fine, but the problem was that there were some musical instruments on the first floor, and a few naughty kids were playing them nonstop! The melody was all broken! It was so noisy that it gave me a headache! After enduring for a long time, they showed no sign of stopping. The parents were still taking pictures, thinking their kids were the reincarnation of Beethoven, right? I approached the staff on site, hoping to mediate. They replied, ”They're guests.” So, just because they're guests doesn't mean everyone else is? So many people are sitting there, and you don't mind the noise, right? If it's inconvenient to stop them, that's fine. I understand. Then why not put up a fence around the band's stage, or a sign asking people not to play instruments? At least not while everyone's having breakfast? That way, everyone's fine, right? I really don't think the 49 yuan was worth it.

Booked a room at Baohai Hotel and felt at home. The service and hospitality were warm. Because I couldn't eat breakfast and needed a quiet environment, I communicated with the front desk in advance to upgrade the room type. The hotel sent fruit, chrysanthemum tea and small cakes as soon as I checked in. It was very heartwarming. There were also souvenirs when I left. The room was clean and hygienic. Any needs would be solved immediately to meet customer needs. I will book Baohai Hotel next time
