房間非常不錯，寬敞明亮、布局合理、家具有檔次，衛生間很乾凈，沐浴露和洗髮液也是家裡常用款，看得出房主很用心，位置也很好，樓下很多租車的，離韓樂坊不遠，晚上也很安靜，房間非常推薦。唯一槽點就是這個公寓的電梯很垃圾，就4個電梯常年壞1個，樓層高住戶多，經常要等5-10分鐘才能上電梯而且質量不咋地。
