You know what you are getting with a holiday inn, never disappoints, comfy bed, english and Chinese speaking staff, comfy bed and clean room. Location is great if you want to spend most of the time on the beach and only a short taxi ride away to some awesome restaurants

住了兩晚，第二天沒有打掃客房，跟前台説了之後也衹是給換了浴巾，回到酒店看到亂七八糟的房間心情很差

體驗感：差！差！差！
服務：1.酒店前台服務人員着裝隨意，態度懶散，客人證件扔來扔去。
2.酒店早餐標準很低，菜品一般，種類不多，餐廳好像是外包給東北大姨家的，咖啡機上的按鈕貼上標簽，也不知道啥意思，按了一個熱水的按鈕，一個咖啡的按鈕，大姨過來一頓説，原話：為什麼按那個熱水按鈕，那個不能按，沒看到是紅色的，亂按什麼，別喝了……。很生氣的端走做好的咖啡，結果灑出來很多，嘴一直不停的説為什麼亂按。如果客人按錯了導致咖啡機壞了不可以用，可以照價賠償，但是衹是按了一個熱水標誌的清洗咖啡機下水頭的按鈕，有必要這麼大的氣？態度為何如此惡劣？
設施：10年老店，幾乎沒有換新，難以想象地毯用了10年……
衞生：房間衞生地毯太臟，行李架上有頭髮，浴室打掃的不乾淨，還有前客人留下的垃圾。
本來一開始從辦理入住時就由於態度問題想退房，但是因為是旅遊季，外國人不能住一般的酒店，所以打算忍忍就好了，但是接下來一系列的體驗越來越差，如果不知道怎麼提高服務水平和態度，請停業整頓，去學習，不要讓本國人和外國人都失望，對酒店失望導致對威海旅遊失望。

智選假日是著名的全球連鎖酒店，隸屬於IHG旗下，但沒想到威海高新這家智選假日如此差勁，尤其是跟其他城市的智選假日相比。門頭及房間老舊破敗不堪，走廊地毯臟兮兮，夏末入住，紗窗是壞的，開窗就進蚊子。空調噪音很大，要求換個房間，等好久上來一個大叔給換了一個房間，沒想到更差。硬件是太落後了，軟性服務也完全不符合假日酒店應有的樣子。前台接待人員跟三個月沒發工資客人欠他錢一樣的態度。沒有服務可言，既不主動也不熱情，退房效率極低，開發票訊息開錯，讓重新開還態度極不耐煩説哪裡錯了，找到錯誤之後，埋怨客人沒提醒。唉。衹住了一天就提前離店了。

客觀評價，酒店比較老，設備設施老舊，WIFI連不上，服務基本沒有，餐廳小，餐很一般。除了離火炬八街比較近，沒啥優點。

地毯不乾淨，房間被安排在電梯間旁，房間不隔音，經常有呼呼的風聲，而且房間內還有滴水聲，導致很難入睡！

入住後發現房間打掃的不是很乾凈：水池有泥垢，窗台有大量水痕，窗户是壞的，凳子旁邊塞了破舊衣物。下去前台換了一間房。晚上九點半想洗澡發現沒有熱水，打電話溝通，一晚上也沒有修好，半夜三四點才來了熱水，這對玩了一天身上黏糊糊的人來説不是很友好。

説實話，很失望。房間特別小，設施特別舊，被子還潮的不行。好處是離着海水浴場和火炬八街都很近。入住的時候前台態度一般，沙發上有很大的一塊污漬，發了兩邊電話給前台，居然沒有人過來看。總之不會再來了。
