The front desk is on the third floor, and the rooms on the first floor can’t see the sea at all. The transportation is very inconvenient, and you can only call a car to go up the mountain. It is very dark at night.

To be honest, I don't even want to give 0.5 points for this service and hygiene. Auntie knocked on the door with her fist at 10 o'clock in the morning and asked if I needed to clean. I went out to play in the afternoon. Before leaving, I went to the front desk to tell the room that I needed to be cleaned. The front desk called the room service in person to tell me that the room needed to be cleaned, but when I returned to the hotel 6 hours later, it was still the same as before I left. I guess it was cleaned. I went to the front desk to ask, and the solution I got was: I will ask someone to clean your room simply. When Ms. Huang was cleaning the room, the front desk staff came over and asked me to change the room for me. What did you do earlier? If you encounter a problem, change the room for me? I don't need to clean my things? If I have this time and energy, won't I sleep well? From Shanghai to Guangxi to Guizhou to Yunnan to Jiangsu to Jiaodong Peninsula, so many cities along the way, even in homestays, I have never seen a clear and special notice that the room needs to be cleaned until the end. It can be left intact when you return to the room! Refreshed my cognition, this is the service level of a five-star hotel. Classic!

The most beautiful hotel in Weihai, no doubt. The scenery is so beautiful. Unfortunately, the schedule was quite rushed and I only stayed for one day. If I have the chance to come to Weihai again in the future, I will only stay in this hotel. The service is very good, the facilities are complete, and the hygiene is clean.

The coastal scenery is really nice, but the air conditioner broke down at 1am and it was too hot to sleep until 3am. I just waited until sunrise. The curtains on the balcony and bathroom were too old to be pulled.

I went to Weihai on a whim. The golf hotel is a bit remote if you don't drive yourself. The accommodation is very quiet, the sea view room is spacious and bright, clean and sanitary, and the service is satisfactory. If you drive, it is convenient to go anywhere. I originally planned to stay for one day, but I stayed for another day because it was comfortable. I will come back again after looking back.

All the hotel notices are in Chinese, English and Korean, but the compensation notice is only in Chinese. Why do only Chinese people need to pay compensation? Isn't this discrimination against Chinese people? The hotel's breakfast also shocked me. You can only order one meal, and you can't even get a cup of water, let alone tea, coffee, etc. You have to pay for it separately. It's better not to include breakfast. Can't I afford breakfast? The front desk looked down on people and said they just wanted to stay or not. I can only say that the service was close to garbage.

The twin room is on the first floor of the hotel. It is said that you can see the sea, but as a 160cm tall person, I need to stand on a bench to see it. What do you think about this problem? The outside of the hotel balcony is full of ****s, which is not much better than the original ecology. It should be said that all the manpower is used for the maintenance of the golf course. Therefore, for the group staying in the hotel, there is no thought of you staying here next time; the hotel said that you cannot walk on the golf course, but there is no area for tourists to walk after dinner, which means you can only stay in the room, and there are no outdoor seats on the balcony; finally, the hotel's breakfast is so simple, just a little bit of various grasses, a few kinds of spicy cabbage, and dry bread. To be honest, the breakfast of a 500 yuan hotel is richer than this one. If you are not the target customer, I really don't recommend staying here. The accommodation experience is really bad.

When I checked in at the hotel on May Day, I wanted to experience golf the next day. The front desk said that I couldn't make an appoin**ent if I didn't know how to play? ? Even if you live in the hotel, you can't go downstairs to the outdoors from 6 am to evening, and you must sign a waiver agreement, which explicitly prohibits guests from going. It turns out that the ball has eyes and will only hit people who don't know how to play golf. After I made concessions again and again, from "Can I go to the beach to have a look" to "Can I go downstairs to walk on the lawn", I only got a blunt and cold refusal from the male front desk without any apology: "No." After I expressed my dissatisfaction, the male front desk turned around and complained to my colleagues in front of me at a volume that I could just hear? ? Later, he kept covering his mouth and sitting behind the counter and refused to communicate. The hotel is located in a remote area. There are only a few useless street lights in the mountains at night, and transportation is inconvenient. The hotel was originally booked for the good environment of the hotel and to be able to move around near the hotel, but under these requirements, I can only stay in the house. I personally think that if you just want to be close to the sea, you can get a home-like experience at other sea view hotels in Weihai for nearly 900 yuan.

This is a hotel with no sense of service and rigid thinking. I am used to giving good reviews, but I have to give a bad review. We stayed in this hotel for three consecutive nights to play basketball. On the fourth day, we applied to check out at 1 pm, but the front desk refused indifferently. It is estimated that there were no more than five rooms in this hotel that night. We have been to countless hotels around the world, but this is the first time we have encountered a hotel that will not negotiate even if we check out an hour later, and it is in the off-season. It is really a weird hotel, without the hospitality of Shandong.
