服務：房門沒有防盜鏈意味着服務員大早上你還沒起床的時候隨意進出房間，出去旅行想睡個懶覺都沒得，直接被服務員拿房卡進來氣醒。
設施：房門沒有防盜鏈，浴室沒有做隔離，所以洗澡廁所也會全是水。
三星級酒店，海景房麻麻賴賴，離海邊很近，隔壁就是威海影視城的城堡，接受了大部分的旅行團，所以像我這種睡懶覺的散客最好別去，因為酒店隔音很一般。。。。大早上就會突突突突的腳步聲，吵鬧的説話聲都能聽到（我還是個睡眠條件不苛刻的。。。）附近的海景

服務態度不好，環境太差。酒店馬桶堵，不積極處理，而且責怪住客，結果還是自己通開。感覺服務的男的，欠了你多少錢似的，是不是工資幾個月沒發過了。最差酒店，真丟威海的人，誰住誰後悔。還有多注意自己的安全，這個住客自己想想，不是故意跟威海抹黑，酒店問題

出來旅遊住的最差的酒店，首先是前台接待那服務簡直了，好像欠她錢一樣，差到極點，房間蚊子多的要命，蚊香器也不管用，空調像拖拉機一樣框框的一晚上，電視一直藍屏，給前台要兩個枕頭説一個房間衹能有兩個不能多加，再要一張房卡説不能多給，房間配置的一次性用品，估計你自己都不會用的吧，太垃圾，客房樓道了隨處可見的垃圾無人清理，去吃早餐碗都是臟臟的，像是用完了沒洗的樣子，哎，實在無語啊，管理實在太差

玉龍灣大酒店位於威海玉龍灣畔，旁邊是威海海洋科研基地。酒店安排的房間就能看到海。酒店前台，客房服務都不錯，每天能發放詵刷用品和礦泉水等，清潔衞生間。早歺略簡，但能保讓大家吃飽。酒店位於威海環海路上，去周邊景點旁邊就有公交站，還是很方便的。

威海這物價真是沒誰了。這酒店，放平時最多80塊吧，首先説説，屋裡麪，牆皮都掉了，有蚊子，問前台，卻説自己抽屜找蚊香，再説廁所，洗漱用品都是劣質的那種，居然。廁所門是關不上的，然後，早餐時間居然6.30-7.30第一次遇到這樣的酒店，早餐還要自己收盤子，服務員愛答不理，退房時候拖鞋穿下去了，居然還要自己送上去，從來沒遇到過如此服務態度的酒店，本來訂了兩晚，果斷退房走人。惹不起！
