I traveled with my two children and stayed for 2 nights. Downstairs is Han Le Fang, which has all kinds of delicacies, so you don’t have to worry about eating. There are parking spaces in front of the door and in the basement, and parking is free. I initially booked a twin room with two 1.2-meter beds. Because my child was quite big, I couldn’t sleep comfortably after being squeezed all night. I decided to change to a family room, with one bed each of 1.2 meters and 1.5 meters. The room was also much spacious. The front desk staff are patient, enthusiastic and thoughtful, especially Xiao Xing and Xiao Wang. The service is great! The children were given small gifts when checking out.

The sanitary conditions of this hotel are not very good. After I checked in, there were still hairs on the pillow. I made milk for the child at night and ran to the front desk to get hot water. The male waiter refused to answer it and said we were not staying here. The staff at the hotel had a very bad attitude. He said that he wanted to make milk for the child. Even if he didn't live in the hotel, it was not too much to ask for boiling water. However, the male receptionist was very insistent and refused to answer the question. You said nothing. Because this hotel only belongs to them on the 10th floor and below. The floors above are owned by other hotels or apartments. Everyone shares an elevator. There are 4 elevators in total. Sometimes you have to wait for a long time to wait for the elevator.
