Tianmu Hotspring Country Club

The room was OK. The parent-child room we stayed in had a tent and wooden horse specially prepared for children. It was very cozy, but the carpet and wooden horse were a bit dirty, so I didn't dare to let the children play. We went there for the heavy snow and hot springs. When we went there, it happened to stop snowing. The thick snow was so beautiful. The children were so happy that they rolled around, dug holes, and stepped on footprints. The hot springs are also great, especially the outdoor open-air hot springs. The stones and trees beside the pool are covered with thick snow. You can soak in the hot springs while looking at the snow scenery. The staff will also bring you hot ginger tea, which is perfect. . The next morning, the child was very happy to join the work of shoveling snow in the hotel. He worked so enthusiastically that he couldn't help but persuade him, haha. We will come again next year if it snows heavily.

A loyal fan of Tianmu Hot Spring, I must come here several times a year. The service is as good as ever, especially the room attendant Lin Lin who is warm and considerate. It is my first time to soak in the hot spring in winter. I slowly listen to the sound of falling snow, it is amazing!

這次的入住體驗很差。這次的温泉之旅是為了帶父母孩子好好休息放鬆一下，但我們卻被酒店的吹風機炸傷手，長者孩子擔驚受怕了一晚上，衹睡了四五個小時，身心俱疲。客觀評價一下吧，衞生方面:我們訂的湖景房，兩個房間的陽台上都是死蚊子落了一地，入住前沒人打掃，密集恐懼症的慎入；設備方面:公共區域的吹風機爆炸，並且還是在温泉區，沒有專業維保人員檢查，在這種潮濕極易發生觸電的地方，很讓人後怕，還有客房裡的門鎖吊燈等問題，很難想象一個一晚八九百的房間，陽台鎖是很難打開的，床頭吊燈是壞的；服務態度方面:酒店的客房部、餐飲部等服務人員還是很暖心的，但是酒店領導遇事處理問題的態度卻讓人很寒心，一次次的試探我們的底線，我想如果沒有文旅局和派出所的介入，按照酒店方一開始給出的協商方案，衹會賠付我們的醫葯費，連房費都不可能給我們免除，如果不是後面的行程都安排好了，我想我會留下來跟他們好好較個真兒的。

首先 對於客房管理人員美女大姐【朱淑艷】 給個⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐好評 從入住開始到退房一直很熱情的 告訴每一個項目的時間以及地點 考慮到有長者還多給了幾瓶水 還有會時不時問候冷不冷 太熱情了！大大的贊👍🏻 有表揚就有批評 想投訴温泉區門頭有位管理毛巾倉庫一位大姐 身為服務人員顧客進錯房間可以提示下不可以進 但是我媽媽不知道進去拿了毛巾出來 直接跟我媽媽喊【你什麼意思，拿那麼多毛巾】 什麼態度？我們是花好幾千來盡孝心尋開心的 你不適合做服務行業就不要做！跟我這樣 我可以忍一忍過去了，大過年的！ 誰能忍受跟自己母親那樣？？？？ 這個差評是給這個大姐的 整個温泉體驗很好就是不能給5⭐的原因就是因為那個大姐，還跟我們大吵大鬧，後面跟其他顧客説我們不講理，還死不承認自己説過的話！你不説那些話我能花好幾千來跟你吵架？？？？現在服務行業都是很有禮貌真的第一次遇到你這樣的！！問名字還不説説什麼自己幹到今天就不幹了！就是進温泉之前有一排櫃子那個地方的大姐，個子高眼睛距離挺近的那位！投訴！真的第一次這樣投訴過工作人員！我們都是打工的都知道辛苦！一般我都會自己把怨氣吞下去，忍一忍大家都不容易，但是來回吵了兩次！你們可以調取監控聽一聽她説了什麼！主要還是另一個工作人員讓我媽媽進那裡拿毛巾的！你們調監控看看吧，希望能再提高下温泉區域的服務態度！！搞誰都忍不了跟自己媽媽説【你什麼意思！】
