This time, I took the elderly and children on a trip to Tianmu Hot Spring. I have been to hot springs in other areas of Yanwei before. The feedback from the elderly and children is that Tianmu Hot Spring is great 👍🏻, and it is currently the best hot spring resort with the best experience. For accommodation, I booked the Tianmu Pavilion Lake View Suite, which has a good room type, complete facilities, clean and hygienic environment. There are corridors from the hotel to the restaurant and hot springs, which is very convenient. The hotel service staff is very enthusiastic, and sending fruit snacks and heaters makes us feel very warm. We are very happy on this trip. We will definitely go again in the future. I didn't know that Tianmujia had added a new building, Yuexin Pavilion. I thought it was cheap, so I booked it. I didn't expect that this was a newly added business room. The price of business rooms is relatively low, almost the same standard as Home Inn. Maybe it's because consumption has dropped this year, so many people live in business rooms. On the contrary, Tianmu Pavilion, which is more expensive, has fewer people. Of course, Tianmu Pavilion is better. I think the two prices are a bit too much, one is 350 and the other is 650. The latter is better to book at 500 if you don't see the lake. The business room of 350 yuan is very cost-effective, with hot spring tickets and breakfast for two adults and one child. The hot spring ticket is 120 yuan per adult, plus breakfast, it's almost 300 yuan. Their breakfast is quite rich. It's an old hotel. It has been protecting the environment well for so many years. It would be nice if it could add an activity like boating on the lake. I went there once in May 2018, and this will be the second time. My children like it and want to go again.

Everything is good except the soundproofing. After I complained, housekeeper Bi Hongni asked the waiter to go and talk to the neighbor. The waiter did go because I could hear everything she said to the neighbor clearly😂Finally, I fell asleep with earplugs in my ears. Also, I hope housekeeper Bi Hongni will not urge people to give good reviews. You may not know that some people are quite disgusted with this behavior. When you are free, you will definitely give good reviews. It is annoying to urge people when you are busy. Why put your performance pressure on the guests? Good is good, bad is bad. Guests will not force themselves to give good reviews because of urging good reviews, nor will they maliciously give bad reviews because of disgust with this behavior. Justice is in the hearts of the people. So I still gave a 5-star praise because objectively speaking, I am very satisfied with everything except these two points. The scenery is good, the hot spring is good, and the service is good.

The room is very clean. I heard from friends that this place is newly built and the accommodation facilities are relatively new. The service is very good, especially Sister Sun Ronghua is very enthusiastic. I added WeChat when I checked in, and I can ask any questions or questions at any time~ Very reassuring~ Hot spring ticket for two (including two baths): It would be better if someone cleaned the hot springs in time. There is a pool with paper cups floating in it💢 It's too uncivilized! However, there are many pools, and the atmosphere at night is particularly good. It's comfortable to soak~

The rooms and public areas in the resort are very clean, and the outdoor environment is also very good, with mountains, water and fresh air. The service staff are very enthusiastic and will take the initiative to greet, and the housekeeper Bi Hongni's service is also very attentive. Thank you!
