Tianmu Hotspring Country Club

It was a family trip to the spa resort, and we booked one night with a lake view. The landscape was beautiful, but the guest rooms felt a bit old, showing signs of age. The toilet facilities were weak, and the refrigerator did not work properly, but apart from that there were no major issues during our stay. The resort itself is quite large, so it’s easy to get lost while walking around—especially at night when the hallways become dark. It’s a good idea to familiarize yourself with the directions. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, doing their best to communicate using a translation app. Since the resort is located slightly away from the main city, calling a Didi taxi may take some time, which can make going out at night a bit difficult. However, the on-site restaurant offers a wide variety of reasonably priced dishes. The spa facilities were superb and very enjoyable. The outdoor swimming pool tasted salty—perhaps it’s seawater, though I’m not completely sure. Breakfast was also satisfying, with American-style options available. Overall, the stay was pleasant. I’d be curious to try other rooms in the future, as some looked newly renovated with modern fixtures. (+) thanks for the figs for welcoming presents!

I recently visited this hot spring, and every part of the experience was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with genuine warmth and kindness, going above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. They gave me more than I expected, and their hospitality truly made the entire visit unforgettable. The facilities were spotless, beautifully maintained, and relaxing in every way. The water temperature was perfect, the atmosphere calm and peaceful, and everything felt thoughtfully arranged for guests to unwind. It’s clear the team takes great pride in their work and genuinely cares about their visitors. After soaking in the hot spring, I had a meal at the on-site restaurant, and the food was outstanding—the dumplings, in particular, were perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and easily some of the best I’ve ever had. I would honestly come back just for those dumplings alone. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with excellent service, delicious food, and a truly welcoming environment, this hot spring is the perfect choice. Perfect place, many onsen choices, swimming pools not clean. Water only change every 4 days

The location was a little far but that was to be expected for a hot spring. We loved the pockets of pools in the garden - gave you privacy and the garden was beautifully laid out.
