The hotel is confidently located near a big mall and near the waterfront . If you walk about 700 m you get into the park which has a nice pagoda . The buffet breakfast is great and the staff are quite friendly . The only issue that you might face is other guests smoking in their rooms hence at night I get smoking smells drifting through the air con shaft even though I am staying in a non smoking room . Oh if you are staying in the room facing the west setting sun you would have to remind the cleaning crew not to open the curtains as it can get quite hot in the afternoon

The hotel was in a good location. Service was good but facilities were a little worn. Food selection for breakfast buffet was a little lacking.

I parked in their hotel’s parking lot, and the letters on my car logo were removed. I felt worried about the safety of their hotel, so I called to ask them to check the surveillance. The front desk asked if they could answer someone else’s call first. They treated me like a human being, didn’t deal with the problem, and threw all the problems to the property management. How could a tourist like me contact their property management? Besides, if there is a property management, it must be you who should contact it, and you have to pay the property management! Throwing all the problems to the consumers! I have already left Qingdao! Do I have to drive hundreds of kilometers back to contact the property management? Ridiculous! The main reason is the poor attitude of the front desk when I called! What do you mean by "can you answer another guest’s call first"? I left the hotel, and my car had problems, and you didn’t take it seriously? Just perfunctory.
