Good location. Nice view. Decent clean room. Just slightly poor on the sound proofing. You may hear door slamming from other rooms in the morning.
Glad they allowed late check out. Overall still a good stay.

酒店設備也就三星級，不像別的酒店提前給住客打電話詢問入住需求到達時間，更沒有添加微信提供服務。房間樓層好矮，沒有泳池，剛進酒店辦理入住就排隊等了好久，並非因為人多，我就排第二個，前台給第一個住客辦理入住辦理了好久好久，不知道搞什麼，給我辦理就花了兩分鐘，估計就我這麼耐心等待了吧，前台工作人員都是板著臉的。這個酒店客房服務員很多小年輕男士，極度缺乏培訓，睡前忘記按請勿打擾，早上八點多就來提供清潔房間，突然急促的敲門，被嚇醒後問他幹什麼，説是客服服務，還沒等我回答不用清潔，人家已經私自開門了，我的媽啊，幸虧沒啥尷尬的事情發生。

酒店裝修符合現下色彩風格，簡潔舒適，原本奇怪怎麼從盥洗室進入卧室，早晨醒來發現這多一扇門完全屏蔽了走廊聲音干擾。早餐有現包的餃子和餛飩，還有現做的雞蛋餅和肉夾饃、油條，就是西瓜吃出了大蒜味，有點扣分。服務團隊有專業人員，也有新手小白，總之地理位置和海景視野不錯，去至海港灣衹需從酒店出門左手邊地下通道直達。

1：打電話告知了要無煙的房間，但是612一股煙味。
2：熨燙機沒有，我也衹能理解。
3：迷你吧:一瓶可樂一瓶雪碧，也叫迷你吧呀
4：612，小朋友和大人吃的葯杯，前一天吃的第二天是臟杯都沒有人收拾，看見了，放在一邊。
5：611前一天枕頭就有味道，太晚就算了，放在一邊，第二天原封不動放在哪兒，因為每天都玩的比較晚，不想鬧挺。
一個五星級酒店的水平能做到這個水平實話讓我感到無語。

酒店整體環境不錯，雖然坐落在市中心。但是晚上房間裏還是很安靜的，從窗户就能看到海景，還有劉公島。晴天和夜晚景色棒棒的。周圍買東西吃飯太方便了！長者孩子都比較滿意。山東人民也很熱情，唯一不太好的就是暑假出行，哪哪都是人從眾。

酒店佔據威海絕佳位置，到海邊、到商場都很方便。各項設施、包括房間的硬裝部分很好，很有希爾頓的調調。但還是要吐槽，希望能改進：
1.作為一家五星級酒店，早餐的品質一般，種類少、無亮點。甚至不如我們在榮城所住的希爾頓歡朋。
2.特別特別不滿意的，房間裏嚴重的下水道反味。連住兩天，每次回到房間都要適應很久。請注意：是“適應”，味道並無消失！請前台換房，對不起沒得換。請工程部來處理，也衹是用一個灌滿水的塑料袋放在了下水道口。但問題依然沒有解決，就這樣被臭了兩天。
1.3K每晚的價格，這樣的水準、這樣的服務實在是難以原諒。
所以，抱歉！衞生、服務等給予差評。
（附一張灌滿水的塑料袋，真是奇招！可惜無效）
