20年第一次來希爾維亞酒店就被這個高端整潔的酒店吸引，房型很大，寬敞舒適，住了好多次，淡季價格合適，樓下就是韓樂坊，交通便利舒適。

十一假期在榮成住了2晚，第3晚想去韓樂坊逛逛，就選擇了這個酒店，因為樓下就是韓樂坊商圈，吃飯逛街都特別方便，前台服務也非常好，還給我們升級了房間，空間一下子就大了許多，樓下停車也沒問題，下次來威海還可以選擇住這裏。

房間很乾凈一天一清潔，還有小冰箱，保存水果很方便，浴缸很好，唯一去點就是不提供浴缸套，還需要跟酒店購買5元一個；希望酒店老闆大氣點、聽説很多客人反應過但是都沒有改變；酒店前台態度特別好，很友善，滿贊！酒店早餐也是很滿意，價格不算便宜但是味道不錯，咖啡機旁有製冰機這個真的很細節！牛肉麪味道太讚了、烤麪包也超級好吃！整體非常滿意！對了，礦泉水也是每天四瓶農夫山泉、酒店的拖鞋也很好穿，洗髮水也很好用，是我喜歡的自然清新香！最後我要着重贊攜程客服，特別貼心及時的解決我的問題，超級愛攜程，而且我發現今年的攜程價格比其他平台衹便宜不會高，之前都是攜程更貴，但現在不會，比個個平台都優惠些！而且服務真的很好！會一如既往的在攜程定出行的需要！

超喜歡， 大大的浴缸 淋浴水也很大很舒服，風景也美，乾淨衞生 ，裝修時尚。27樓是洗衣房，六台洗衣機，六台烘乾機，風景絕美。能看到樓下是韓樂坊，前面不遠處是火車站，交通方便，吃飯也方便。缺點是烘乾機簡直了，四小時烘不乾衣服！拜託換個商用的烘乾機好嗎？像亞朵那樣的，大晚上一大堆人在等着烘乾衣服，六台烘乾機都忙不過來。還有個缺點，沒有機器人送餐。總體來説很喜歡這酒店

酒店位置極佳，韓樂坊就在樓下，吃燒烤很方便，房間都是海景房，運眺海景盡收眼厎，到各處遊玩也極方便，自駕車輛停車位充足且免費，房間大，衞生乾淨，服務周到，早餐豐富，值得入住，有機會會再次入住。
