酒店大堂特別大氣，整體感覺特別舒適，入住房間也特別安靜，房間面積也很大。酒店的早餐真是不錯，品種特別豐富，長輩都説好吃，更值得誇讚的是酒店停車特別方便，地下停車場居然是免費的，從地下到地上，特別好找，體驗感不錯，下次還會再來！

來威海出差，定錯了房間，前台小姐姐非常好説話免費給升級成了標間，午餐也在這吃的，非常不錯，吃的很好，就30元一個人，性價比超高，房間簡單乾淨，環境也行

非常好的酒店，酒店入住升級了情景大床房，並且有點心贈送，非常的令人滿意，早餐也特別豐盛，家人都特別的滿意。酒店的衞生也不錯，乾淨，舒心，服務特別的人性化。這兩天威海突然降温，酒店房間的空調也特別給力，下次來威海還會選擇住這裏！

按照先抑後揚的表述，首先説不足，一個就是網絡極差，和前台反映了，給了我一個路由器，可能好了一點點，早餐30，覺得價格有點點高，最重要的是，也是最讓我意外的是，我定的是2米床，但實際上它是由兩個1米床墊拼接的，中間睡着很不舒服，還有，我還在床單上發現了——3個洞，沒錯，你沒有看錯，就是3個因為使用時間太久磨損出來的洞洞。退房時，因為太早，可能是替班，開具發票業務不熟練，匆忙趕去火車站的路上，接到酒店電話，説按金退多了，讓我微信反給她，我一看，好吧，確實沒扣餐費，反回去了。好了，該揚了，總體來説，房間格局環境，整潔程度真的很不錯，保潔人員和前台服務態度都很好，整體感覺確實還可以。
