The room is clean and tidy, and the service is in place. Before arriving at the hotel, we made an appoin**ent with the customer service for the pick-up service. The hotel was very considerate and sent a business car to the railway station to pick up passengers. The driver was also very warm and friendly. He warmly helped us carry our luggage. The station is only ten minutes away from the hotel by car. After arriving at the hotel lobby, the hotel housekeeper Xiao Ren enthusiastically delivered our luggage to the guest room and upgraded us to a sea view room on the 26th floor for free. He also introduced us to the attractions and transportation methods of Weihai. We felt the hospitality of the people of Weihai. The hotel also sends welcoming fruits and snacks to the guests every day. The facilities in the room are very complete and relatively new and clean. The environment is also good. There is no noise around and it is very quiet at night. The bed is also very comfortable to sleep on. The mattress is moderately soft and hard. It is the most thoughtful and attentive service in the hotel I have ever stayed in. I will stay at Jiulongsheng Hotel when I come to Weihai in the future.

The hotel service was unexpectedly good. The housekeeper, No. 27 Ren Xiaojing, was conscientious and responsible. She took the initiative to provide a map of the hotel location and surrounding food.
