這個是金猴集團的賓館，就在集團生產廠區邊上，離國際海水浴場有不到3公里，有自己的停車場，停車非常方便。房間面積比較大，訂得比較早，價格比臨近訂要優惠很多。訂的行政雙床有地毯（其他是地磚），顏色比較深時間比較長，最好能夠儘快更換了，倒是沒有什麼異味。床品質量也還不錯，空調温度也很足。酒店一樓大堂還有金猴集團生產的皮鞋等產品展示和售賣，都是前台的服務員在負責。去國際海水浴場，可以導航到火炬大廈，北面有一個很大的收費停車場，一小時內免費（新能源2小時），之後一小時2元。再從邊上的林海公園走過去幾百米就到國際海水浴場，那裡的路邊停車位非常緊張，很難找到空餘車位。

酒店乾淨整潔，很有品質，房間裏還有字畫！雖然有些年代，但是非常乾淨整潔！有品質！很驚喜居然是穿金猴皮鞋，走金光大道的那個金猴！還買了雙皮鞋！又好穿又便宜！

我覺得價格環境真的很匹配，不像有些酒店，平時一二百，旺季翻到56百的樣子，太飄了，衞生很乾凈，環境也很安靜。

房間很乾凈，停車也非常便利，周圍也比較安靜。在旅遊城市，景區附近的賓館或者比較貴，或者設施不好，自己開車可以住稍微遠一點

酒店入住很不錯，房間安靜及被褥乾爽衞生，整體服務人員素質很高，尤其要表揚24號上午前台的宋女士，我們退房時把孩子的小天才手錶遺落了，但是我們出來後也不知道，在劉公島遊玩時接到前台宋女士的電話，告知我們孩子的手錶遺忘在酒店房裡了，我們表示在外遊玩短時間不順路回去取，讓她幫忙順豐快遞給我們，宋女士很快的幫我們郵寄了，在這裏真誠感謝金猴集團及酒店經理的高水準高素質的管理模式，還有宋女士這麼好的服務態度，讓我們感覺到家的温暖，謝謝！青島遊客
