Mando Luxury Smart Audio-Visual Hotel (Weihai Huoju 8th Street International Coastal Baths)

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I could have booked a nearby chain hotel for the price, but I decided to book this one based on the good reviews. First, we checked in around 1:00 AM. There were things in the trash can and ashtray right by the door, and the floor was still wet from mopping, making it incredibly slippery. Secondly, this hotel isn't really a hotel, more like a converted apartment. The pictures and the actual experience were drastically different. The sheets still had the previous guest's hair and other small fluff on them, and when I lifted the covers, I found a TV remote. The room was incredibly damp, and the air conditioning was incredibly pungent. It was so late, and I really wanted to cancel, but the kids were tired from a long day of driving, so I couldn't afford to sleep in. I woke up early and checked out. I decided to stay somewhere else the next day.

進到房間大失所望，這是酒店嗎？這是民宿啊😂😂還衹智能影音酒店，電視那麼大點，也沒看見其他影音設備，攜程平台上的圖片和實際差別太大了，也請攜程平台嚴格審核。辦理入住時前台説免費升級，我翻看評論都有提到升級，就有點懷疑了，我們在平台預訂的房間是否真實存在，欺騙性太強。虛假廣告！

房間新裝修，很乾凈！280的價格確實物超所值，離海邊打車九塊錢，不建議步行！周邊餐飲也比較豐富，價廉物美那種！關於酒店雖然是公寓改造的，但是總體而言還是可以的，對得起這個價格！服務也比較好，還辦了延時退房！唯一有建議的：窗太硬，翻身床都會響！

衞生條件真的很差，換了3個房間廁所都是臭的，最後換到套間，馬桶還是壞的，小朋友坐上去差點摔下來，真是沒住過這麼差的，完全是照騙

第二次來威海，這次和男朋友一起，第一眼就覺得這家不錯，果然沒有讓我失望，房間很大，採光也好，就跟自己在家一樣，有獨立的房間，老闆是一位大帥哥，經常在吧枱坐班，服務非常好，人又很熱情，接地氣的一位年輕老闆，房間水量小，跟他説了馬上去房間解決，很贊，總之這次是非常不錯的一次體驗！

設施：酒店的設施很完善，尤其是浴室內的淋浴設備水流穩定，熱水供應充足。 衞生：衞生方面做得很到位。房間每天都有清潔服務，床單和浴巾都很乾凈，酒店公共區域的清潔也很仔細，尤其是電梯和走廊處，給人一種非常舒適的感覺。 環境：酒店的環境安靜宜人，尤其是夜晚，周圍的噪音很低，非常適合休息。 服務：服務態度非常熱情和專業。前台工作人員非常友好，辦理入住手續時快捷高效，解答問題也很耐心。 整體來説，這家酒店無論是從設施、衞生、環境還是服務上都表現得非常出色。無論是商務出行還是休閑旅遊，都是一個不錯的選擇。如果有機會，我會再次光臨並推薦給朋友們。
