Reef Bay Hotel (Huanhai Road Maotou Mountain)

I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. It is in the mountains with inconvenient transportation. As soon as I checked in, the clerk wanted to bring the decorator to the room to fix something. I have never seen such a thing. I came here for the beautiful scenery outside, but the privacy was terrible. There was a smell of decoration and people outside could see directly into the room. If you don’t want to be seen, you can only draw the curtains. Moreover, it is pitch black at night, without even any lights. All the switches in the room are broken. They either fall off when touched or don’t work no matter how hard you press them. The TV can’t be turned on, and there is no internet in the room. I contacted the staff, and the staff told me that the TV can be turned on by pressing the remote control, and the internet can be connected by entering the password. What about me??? The toilet was leaking all the time, and the sink was clogged. Not only was there no dry and wet separation, but the shower wall was filthy as hell. When the upstairs flushed, the sound was super loud in the room. It was a very disgusting experience. I contacted other hotels overnight and was really speechless. There was only one old lady and an unreliable man in the whole hotel. There was a card left in the room for a coffee shop order. A piece of toast cost 68. Did they rely on the fact that there were no shops around? There were a lot of useless things in the room, such as a decanter, ****, did they think it was a love hotel? Oh, there was no electricity in the hotel sockets. I charged it with a power bank for a whole night. It was really disgusting. The hotel has no security measures at all. The door locks are extremely simple, without even an anti-theft chain. The door can be entered and exited at will, even in the mountains. It is said to be a Dyson hair dryer, but it is actually a fake. There is no disposable items except slippers. It really opened my eyes. When I checked out, I passed by a room that was being cleaned, and the hotel staff were lying on it casually.

The room is in a good location, with a beautiful sea view, a comfortable mattress and pillows, and is equipped with red wine glasses and a decanter. But the shower head is not very good, the water temperature is not hot enough, and it was only a little warm after 20 minutes of showering. It happened to be raining during this special period, so I couldn't even take a comfortable hot shower.

This accommodation experience is perfect. The room is clean and tidy. I can feel the owner's attention to every detail. The layout is warm. When I open the curtains in the morning, I can see the first sun and feel the first warmth. The scenery is pleasant and the sun shines in. I feel particularly comfortable. The transportation is convenient and there are many delicious foods around. I am very satisfied with the food, accommodation and transportation. I will come here again next time.

The boss and the aunt are very enthusiastic, the service is very good, the room facilities are very complete, the toiletries are very good, the home appliances are very smart, and the surrounding scenery is very good, surrounded by mountains and the sea.

精挑細選了很久選出來的酒店，景色獨一份的好看，都是酒店拍的，太米了！！而且酒店確實是個景點好像，貓頭山接駁車會停在這，上午熱的不行了發現車停在酒店附近的救贖感，馬上沖回去泡澡…早上可以看日出，但是因為温差玻璃上凝滿了霜露，也看不清，可以去樓下咖啡廳坐着看，太爽了！然後酒店員工都特別特別好，每個人都很熱心很友好，誇一下同一家店的好像是攝影吧，當天我不知道怎麼去別的景區，大哥直接開車給我送過去了，也沒收我錢，我説給他轉他也説沒事不用的，嗚嗚太感謝了！謝謝你！然後酒店管理員經常會詢問客人的意見，真的是想好好經營酒店呀，希望你們客人多多多多！臨走時送了咖啡店的兑換券，換了一杯柚子茶，好喝！咖啡店的員工也很温柔細膩，真的很不錯。特別是這塊兒風景實在是太好了，坐在酒店發呆就非常幸福了。水也給了超級多，本來房間就有兩瓶，後來又捎了兩瓶上來，走的時候還準備給我一瓶，我一個人喝不完哈哈哈，大家來住風景和飲用水肯定管飽了。下次來威海還會住你們這的，有什麼建議的話希望房間有投影儀，明年來的話會有嗎？許個願🙏

這次旅行最驚喜的就是入住了這家懸崖海景酒店！從抵達的那一刻起，就感受到了無與倫比的度假氛圍。酒店坐落於陡峭的懸崖之上，私密性極佳，卻又擁有絕佳的一線海景視野。我們預訂的是房間，推開門的那一刻，就被眼前的景色震撼到了——180度的落地窗外，是蔚藍無垠的大海，海浪拍打着礁石，海風輕拂着紗簾，彷彿住進了畫裏！ 房間的衞生狀況無可挑剔，床品潔白柔軟，地板和浴室一塵不染，甚至連角落都找不到一絲灰塵。浴缸正對海景，泡澡時能欣賞到落日餘暉灑在海面上的壯麗景色，簡直是極致的享受！細節方面也做得非常到位，配備了高端洗護用品、智能馬桶和戴森吹風機，完全達到了奢華酒店的標準。 服務更是讓人印象深刻！前台的小姐姐熱情周到，入住時詳細介紹了酒店設施和周邊景點。客房服務響應速度極快，有任何需求都能在10分鐘內解決。最讓我感動的是，晚上我們想吃夜宵，酒店雖然不提供24小時送餐，但工作人員主動幫我們介紹了附近的海鮮排檔，真的超貼心！ 酒店的位置也很完美，既遠離喧囂，又不會過於偏僻。步行10分鐘就能到達一片小眾的礁石海灘，人少景美，拍照超級出片。 環境更是沒得説，整個酒店被鬱鬱葱葱的熱帶植物環繞，私密性極強，每個角落都充滿了設計感。傍晚時分在這裏點一杯雞尾酒，看着夕陽緩緩沉入海平面，浪漫到讓人窒息！ 總之，這是一家從硬件到服務都無可挑剔的懸崖海景酒店，無論是情侶度假還是家庭出遊，都能找到屬於自己的完美體驗。我已經在計劃下一次入住了，強烈推薦給所有追求品質的旅行者！
