威海真不愧是最宜居城市
第一次來住這裏也是被男票誇會選酒店，體驗感滿分，房間大乾淨 裝修新中式復古風 ，還有酒店的身體乳 洗手液 洗護都很不錯，性價比太高了！
這次定的陽台房 沒訂到臨海 ，下次來住臨海
往臨海走有一片酒店的海邊泳池 海真的乾淨還藍 天也很藍
周邊沿海一條過去也有好些可以玩的
下次再來好好玩

因為價格的原因猶豫了好久，也反覆和威海其他酒店民宿進行了對比，最終選擇了相信觀海宿集。
入住之前管家非常貼心的將入住細節發給了我，並在第一時間答覆各種問題。當我們外出遊玩的時候還會發訊息説天氣不好，請注意保暖。
入住當天，觀海宿集真的有驚艷到我，首先地理位置非常的好，配合上酒店整體的風格，就是我最喜歡的那種。
打開門的瞬間，映入眼簾的居然是大海，真的難以置信，這才是海景房，雖然入住當天以及第二天天氣都很糟糕，但是也讓我看到了海浪如萬馬奔騰的壯闊。房間內的裝修風格簡潔而不簡單，應該説是比較穩重，不輕佻，不浮誇，一切都是剛剛好。晚上在房間裏品着新茶，聽着海浪拍打的聲音，非常美妙。還有那個巨大的浴缸，我覺得很多人會非常喜歡。
另外不得不説酒店的“及未海鮮”餐廳，早餐品種多樣且營業均衡。正餐更是菜品豐富，色香味俱全，最重要的是性價比很高。
離開酒店的那天，居然又收到了管家的訊息，很貼心告知因為天氣轉好可以去某個景點打卡。
已經迫不及待的將觀海宿集安利給了身邊的朋友，希望觀海宿集守住本心，務必將服務放在第一位。

非常滿意，從進門的服務就不得不點個贊，酒店設計感非常好，而且房間很大，超愛大浴缸，私密性也很好，步行火炬八街10分鐘，隔壁的餐廳本來以為會很貴很難吃，退房時隨便吃了下沒想到挺驚喜的，一個人隨便炒了兩個菜都很好吃也不貴

整個威海-青島行程裏最驚喜的就是這家酒店，工作人員都是年輕人，熱情友善，大堂裏有一衹很可愛的狗狗和一衹工作人員收養的流浪貓咪（恐貓狗人羣也不用害怕，狗狗是栓了繩的，貓貓也衹在室外院子裏活動，都很親人） 房間面積很寬敞，設施也都很新，自帶露台，而且房間裏就能直接看到大海，酒店在小石島公園旁邊，離網紅打卡地火炬八街非常近，可以沿海邊步行過去，體驗感很不錯。酒店公共區域有點庭院風，石牆搭建出曲徑通幽的感覺，轉彎又眼前一亮，很喜歡這種設計創意。酒店有觀海步道，可以海邊漫步，如果天氣暖和也可以享受無邊泳池。另外酒店準備的洗護套裝竟然是露迦徒的，超級喜歡這個品牌的木質香，真是驚喜，退房的時候帶走了身體乳哈哈，真的好喜歡。整個入住體驗我覺得能給超五星的評價，如果以後還有機會去威海還是會選擇這裏的。

服務很差勁，提前備註了要好風景，大概是不懂什麼是好風景吧，給的其實是最差的。行李員看着我自己搬行李。環境看着不錯，蒼蠅無數，酒店不安全外人隨便進。

作為攜程10多年的忠實客户有史以來第一次訂房被區別對待，一早8點多到威海微信酒店問有沒有房間想着過去睡覺💤酒店拿着平台的規定説要2點才能入住，提早入住要加錢，試問我不在平台定房，而是直接過去開房酒店8點多開房要加錢麼？後面還説沒房間空讓就安規定時間來，我就問沒有一間空房麼？就這麼就一句被客服懟了這麼一大串，試問我有這個意思麼？一早的體驗真的對於酒店的服務態度真的失望，秉着出來玩不要被影響心情的前提不理會就安原計劃下午3點去辦的入住到酒店房間那個木質氣味真的讓人難以入睡，奉勸帶小孩的家長不要考慮這酒店明顯甲醛沒散的味道.

體驗感非常差，進門一股黴味，地板都是有腳印的，浴缸還有橙皮，讓阿姨再次清潔，態度及其惡劣，小朋友朝着阿姨説謝謝，都不理人。微信聯繫前台送拖鞋，就不理人了，直到第二天早上都沒個回覆，退房了微信追着我要好評，當天晚上怎麼訊息就收不到了？
