I will definitely come back to this hotel next time I come to Weihai. The transportation is very convenient. It is a 10-minute walk from Gumo Morning Market and just past two traffic lights. The service of the hotel is very good. From the beginning, the enthusiasm of the security guard at the door is that of an older man. The guy with a bit of white hair is very, very good. The laundry room was clean and drying. We went out to play, and when we came back, the clothes were already dried and neatly packed in bags for us, which was very heartwarming. The front desk and store manager are also very welcoming. When checking out, he went out to see us off and wished us a happy trip. This hotel is very clean, and there is a park nearby. Facilities: The overall imitation of Orange and All Seasons. When I first booked the hotel, there were no bad reviews. I thought everything was in place. However, the voice assistant couldn’t understand anything, so I still had to do all the basic controls myself. I stayed for three nights and had the toilet repaired for two nights. I didn't call the staff too late on the first day, and the toilet kept leaking water all night long, which affected my rest. The second night, I flushed the water before going to the toilet, and the water was blocked. I asked someone to fix it, thinking it was ok, but the water started to return again that night. It couldn't be repaired on the third night, and the water started to be returned as soon as the staff left. I don’t believe this problem has never been reported by guests before. Even if it can’t be repaired, people still have to stay in this room. When I asked, they said it was full... There is only one washer and dryer downstairs, which is completely insufficient. Cleanliness: Cleaned every day, but when we returned to the hotel at night, we saw that the hair was still there on the floor. We concluded that it was not cleaned, but the bed sheets and bath towels were changed separately. Service: The roll paper in this bathroom is not replenished every day when cleaning, which is very stingy. Logically speaking, the two poles should be filled with two rolls every day when there are half rolls left. If they are not filled, forget it, and the rolls will always be half filled. I don’t understand roll paper. Who has used this paper? I want to ask. It looks wet. I’m really speechless... To be honest, it imitates All Seasons Orange, but in fact, except for the price and room facilities, everything else is not up to par.
